Curious if this solution gains any more headroom space. I'm considering a slideout sleeper in my LC 250 and with the battery it's already pretty limited.

Curious on vehicle ordering. The dealers in Utah say that Toyota does not allow you to spec a vehicle, you have to choose from what Toyota sends them. I have never heard of that before, but I have also never bought new toyotas until I moved to Utah. Is this the case nationwide?
@edmartintoyota85996 күн бұрын
This is true, yes. But the dealers can trade their allocations with other dealers before they make it to the US. If done correctly, customers would feel like we fulfilled an order. Customers that ate flexible on small details can typically get matched 90% perfect.

Nice additions you have made. A lot of thought must have went through with adding all these additional accessories and small changes to detail like the poke cord for the ram phone charger. With the good looking 18 inch bronze Tacoma wheels which really suit the car nicely. I’m so glad you have these wheels on the car, because l have always wanted to see how these wheels would look on the white 250, and you have answered that, thank you so much. Question l have is how much gap do you have between the inside of the wheel and the brake calliper? Is it the same or more or less than the oem wheels?

Wonder why Toyota would put a different wiring harness on for different trucks? They are trying to streamline everything like the TNGA platform but then do this. I guess best to go aftermarket especially if you don’t have the surround camera system.

You think that the Number One complaint is the absence of Recovery Hooks? You are kidding, right? The Number One problem is crankshaft bearing!! I bought a 2024 Tundra 1794, specifically because the Tundra Recall Notice for crankshaft bearings specified only the 2022 and 2023. The Toyota Dealer explicitly stated to me that the crankshaft bearing problem was fixed for 2024. He was under-informed or lying. As a long time Toyota owner, I believed that Toyota would not still be selling an engine two years after a significant problem was identified. Subsequent to my purchase I learned that the 2024s are blowing up, just like the 2023/2022s, and now there are reports of 2025's blowing up, and reports of the replaced engines blowing up! I unloaded the 2024 Tundra at a significant loss - five days after buying it. I don't like roulette. I feel that both the Toyota Dealer and the Toyota Corporation screwed me. Instead of focusing on reliability in engineering and manufacturing, Toyota has focused on complicated, expensive and increasingly absurd trim items. Complexity is the enemy of reliability. I am done with Toyota. A great Care Care Nut analysis of the bearing problem: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e6qsZaign92rq80si=kjGux5M Four years of documented Tundra engine failure: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nGTWgqeOa8etbqcsi=UIpgK-WbF25dn3wc

When I refused to pay $15/month and refused to have them track my car’s location and other things, they turned off the remote start on the keyfob AND the memory seats. $82k car and this happened. I guess they feel it’s ok to track my car at all times and this is how they want to incentivize me to let them by turning off what’s included by default in 30k Honda. Amazing…so, if you simply delete the app AND your key fob remote is working then it’s because you have not told them to stop the tracking yet. Just fyi. I’d pay $15 not to be tracked by them and they can keep their app

I appreciate that you made sure to draw attention to the camera hole, a lot of people would accidently miss that. Also, not adding the TRD logo to the rims is a good touch, and keeps it classy. I'm not sure why but I feel like people just add the TRD logo to things just because it makes them feel cool lol
