why is the closet in the bathroom? doesn't it get steamy in there?

A very nice home for sure. Not sure about the $2.4 mill ask but it is finished well. We have about .75 private acres (cul de sac) in Plymouth and nearly 4,000 sq. ft (glad we bought back in the mid 90's). Good enough for me.

That sounds really nice, what updates have you done? Did you build or buy existing? Anything that you’d change?

They absolutely can move a wall or change the plans, they aren’t custom home builders. They want to put up cookie cutter homes as fast as possible to make a ton of money. Their job isn’t to get you what you a customized home, but to just throw one up and sell it to whoever.

You can always tell a supervisor on site. Never a spec of dirt on them, hard hat and full of smart ass comments. As an electrician, I’d be 1/4 turning all those screws just to annoy the clown

So in essence we cut down our cost to build it but were still going to charge you triple what it cost us.

Not at all! 😂 Want to build your dream house? Hire an architect. Want a standard home with half the cost? Buy a set-up and go house. Its really that simple. Or you can buy pre-existing as is....Good luck with that in THIS market.

Sir, with all due respect 😊 just a little constructive criticism….. but when you talk about a home, you gotta be a bit more enthusiastic. Your energy made me not want to finish the video or even consider buying because you just sounded like you were talking about an apartment. I hope you continue to do more videos and be a little bit more upbeat. Thank you 😊 I’m in NY but I’ll consider MN later. This is too high for a townhouse but I heard maple grove is nice. I’m not a fan of walnut patios, I’d prefer an above deck. Walkout patios just feels like someone can easily break in.

Thanks for the feedback, you might find this directory of all the townhome communities in the NW Metro helpful www.doylerealestateteam.com/new-construction-townhomes-in-northwest-metro/ I may be biased but Maple Grove is a great place to live :)

The home looks lovely, only thing that would concern me is where the fridge is place and that wall, when you open the door, it can’t fully expand. The fridge would have to be placed somewhere else.
