Why not putting the D Box inside the wedge plate? Seems Like a total waste of Space Leaving this box empty. Nevertheless the cheeseplates an Handles look awesome!

Great question! The wedge plate is backwards compatible with the Native battery plates.

You guys should make an adapter for RS4 Pro gimbals, like a ARCA Base plate to the DJI specific Manfrotto plate. That way we wouldn't have to take the Wooden Camera ARCA Riser off for tripod to gimbal setup. Similar to how Bright Tangerine did.

Although the wedge was not designed specifically for the B-Mount or GM+ Battery plate, it is compatible.

Love the wedge plate! I've run into issues with the older ursas where accessories start to stack up. The D-box looks perfect too.

How much height does the top plate add to the C80? I'm trying to figure out if it'll fit in my backpack like the C70 did. I'd just look at the dimensions but I know the bottom is recessed.

d-box and the wedge pate should be offered as the same thing, A combined item where the wedge plate is a d-box. or a small battery that allows hot swapping or a trifecta of all three . I can see a lot more use out of the amount of added space to just for a 90 degree angle.

Looks like a greatly designed set of accessories. I know it's difficult because of the camera body design, but is there no chance of some sort of side rail for this camera? Also, still waiting on a shot of that Supermen display in the back hehe

Hey, the 5.8A limit is for each single port separately or it’s for all d-tap ports combined? Does this protection help with the SDI ground loop, or it does not?

Product design and presentation was excellent. Music mix was highly irritating imho. The bolt on rod is an awesome idea.

Just picked mine up, what a mistake. The side rods were not carbon, poor machining, no anti-twist for mounting monitors, everything feels like an afterthought. Also the bottom plug of one of the handles just fell out, I mean literally as I’m typing this, and this is brand new. Testing with an Atomos Ninja ultra, Atomos Shogun ultra, Atomos Shogun and a Nitze monitor. Not worth the asking price, maybe buy it used for a hundred bucks.

If NDs are disengaged, is it theoretically possible to use Angenieux Optimo DP lenses? Then theoretically the NDs are not in the way and you can lock the function with the side lock button.

Canon C 300 camera. I will ask you as a practitioner: I installed the Relocator from Zacuto on the shoulder grip There I installed the original grip unit on it. I connected it with a cable to the socket on the camera body. With the grip unit I can now only adjust the aperture, the record function is not active. How to fix it, what is set wrong? grip init on the body has both functions, but on the relocator only one what is ? do you know what's wrong?

My directors monitor cage top brackets side diameters wasn’t machine properly. It was so hard to move the bracket up and down to connect my 503 monitor with the screws removed all the way out. I fought with it until I ended up bending my brackets. I love wooden camera accessories but I was disappointed I wasted $300 on a director’s monitor cage that wasn’t machine properly. It should have not been so hard to move the top and bottom bracket up and down once screws were loose.
