I've done the tutorial twice but going over it with you has given me more insight. FYI - a silo elevator is where you dump your grain. Your grain then goes to an elevator to the top of a silo and dumps it in from there from up high. Grandpa should have been a bit more laymen's terms when speaking to our protagonist the newbie.

Issue here on my end is that after enabling dev mod to true the | tilde won't work. even after adding -cheats to the Launch Options

Double check your game.xml file to ensure that developer controls are true.

Same for me on Steam, changed it to true in the file, added cheats in -cheats in launch options and still nothing.

fs22 had a lot of machines just missing from the base game on launch, but fs25 is far, far worse, so many pieces of equipment is missing, if it holds up like 22 did, then itll be fine as theyll add these machines all back in, in a few updates, but they have a long way to go

@@FarmSimGame yeah stay away from the mod "easy Dev". I got it when it dropped and it freezes the game. Someone must be modding a mod that doesn't know how to mod. The tornadoes in the game actually rip trees in half! Morbidly cool considering I lost a house to one irl.

@@chrisc395 until it comes out on the official modhub, I would not trust it. There are a bunch of folks doing dirty converts. A lot has changed in the backend of the game from 22 to 25.

Try downloading the FSG Mod Assistant - you can easily set it via the preferences www.fsgmodding.com/ModAssistant

@@FarmSimGame I manged to find the issue! it turns out there are TWO game.xml files - one is stored in the steam install directory, and the second is stored in the mygames/fs25 folder

Not currently no. The game created a mesh that cannot be edited once the fence is placed.

I have my version through steam, I downloaded FSG mod, Set it up with the correct locations, enabled it all and set the -cheats command afterwards I reloaded it and clicked the activate button, launched the game and it still does not give me the option for cash or flight mode, console now works but those aren't showing as valid commands, I also afterwards tried to set it as launch parameter for Steam and still doesn't give me those options, any other ideas?

Was able to figure it out, In the steam version Don't use FSG Mod, do the actions he said for enabling it without FSG then Right Click on the game in Steam: Manage Properties>Browse Local File> Right Click the Green FS25 launch at the bottom and send it to your Desktop as shortcut> Right click on the one you added to your desktop and click properties> find the field called "Target" and at the end of the text that is there hit space 1 time and type the -cheats command> save it and use the Green FS25 to start the game. Steam will prompt you about the unknown command, click proceed

I got it to work with the steam version by launching the game through FSG and not steam.

Not seeing a command for that, but you can fast forward time on that one. Also if you want to set the state of the field you can use gsFieldSetState to change the field state and then some. We have added a list of commands to our website: www.farmsimgame.com/Docs/DeveloperConsole

Soon when approprate mods are released, you can attach a windrower to the front of your tractor. Because the AI worker can windrow, as long as a baler is attached to the rear of the tractor (and turned on), the AI worker can absolutely bale. I'll avoid baling until then for sure.

Compared to vehicle control add-on this is a sad joke. No options. Can not do zero headlands. Can not adjust left - right alignment. NOTHING.

If you take to the repair trigger at the main vehicle shop you can repair and repaint vehicles.

It hailed in my game some spots in my field are bad and it stays the same after playing and what not so them spots won’t go away

I don't think they grow back unless you replant. You can also disable disaster destruction in the game settings.

Check your key binds and look for AI Worker. Default is H for PC.

They should be in Documents > My Games > Farming Simulator 25

@@FarmSimGame I'm not sure what's going on, they're not there. There is a farming simulator 25 folder in the Xbox folder, but there are no saved games or mods folder.

You can do it with all livestock except chickens with the base game animal pins. Mods may differ.

As the other comment asked. What happened to the owned vehicles category where you could see what you own or what you leased? Havent found it anywhere. Did Giants forgot it? xD Only thing i found close to finding out what i own or is leased is in the shop -> Others -> Vehicles and in the list of vehicles it tells you when you select it if you want to sell it or return it. Am i missing something here or is this the only way now?

You need to go the garage. It seems to be a separate location now and not attached to the shop as previous. Annoyingly they don't have tabs on the map

You realize that these are very basic physics that pretty much any game has right? FS is very much still behind in the physics department, especially for a game that calls itself a simulator... I find it really sad actually. Because this game has so much potential. All it needs is developers who give a damn about the game instead of its profit.
