The twin engine scrappers are really not a caterpillar design they were international scrappers the earlier cat scrappers had 2 small wheels on the front like an old airport plane hauler or puller the international company design the new cat scrappers

Do you guys in the states have transporters that can simply have a machine like the 327 able to drive straight onto the deck without unhooking and hooking up again?

Since some people are asking and curious about why they are self loading, It was their last day here at the mine and unfortunately the only time i could get GP footage on scrapers, otherwise i would of got them doin some push pulling action together, and at 1:30:16 he was loading up hill for a few to knock the burms down, and they were making a 180 to finish scraping the overburden off and overall just cleaning up, hope this answers some of your guys questions.

Why would you load uphill and then do a 180 degree turn at the end of the cut??????????

At 1:30:16 he was loading up hill for a few to take the burms down, and they made a 180 at the end of the cut to scrape off the rest of the overburden to get down to rock. Also was their last day here at the mine so they were kinda just messing around and cleaning shit up lol. Hope this answers your question.

It Was the last day, and unfortunately the only day i could get gopro footage on the scrapers, that was the only day they were self loading.😅😂
