it can definitely mess up the speakers, the compass, and even possibly mess up the battery as you can induce a charge if you move at all. Other than that, should be ok.

Yeah, a little 25lbs toy magnet won’t do anything. If a 450lbs magnet fishing magnet was used however then disguise’s results would’ve been drastically different. You know how they say do not bring anything metal into an MRI machine? Or you hear stories of people having their metal plates for previous injuries ripped out of them in an MRI machine? Same concept except the magnets literally yank the metals from the plastics of your chipsets. Your main board the fragile electronics inside of a camera module or a screen, a strong enough magnet will quite literally extract them from the plastics of a chipset. This guy was correct in the fact of old hard drives being a lot more prone to magnetic damage but that’s because they were made of metal disc that stored your data and nothing about old hard drives was meant to be tough lol go by a magnet fishing kid and put that 400+lbs magnet up to an old TV or something you don’t care if it gets ruined. Don’t worry lol the results won’t take long to see. You could even test it on something cheap like an empty vape or something. I have a magnet strong enough to not only open my fridge door but I can literally drag my fridge across the floor lol trust me it would make light work of someone’s key key fob, phone stereo, smart watch… Not to mention open stuff like security boxes or take locks depending on the tight. Magnets are heavily underestimated and a forgotten art yet still are used in many daily applications today. Let me clarify also that the only time I’ve used a magnet to open his security box was when keys were lost at my job and the Task was legal. Do not use the force for evil! Not to mention you can also find some cool stuff in lakes and crap apparently. I’ve seen a magnet be used to open a car door before since it can essentially grab the lock mechanism and move it up and down actuating the door lock. Of real life uses!

I'm new to chemistry, but I have been fascinated by the subject since I was a young boy. Lately, I took an AC unit apart, and wanted to salvage the copper shrouded aluminum fins. Aluminum is also a useful material, so if it was at all possible, I wanted to recycle it as aluminum hydroxide. I used a plastic container, and added approximately 0.25g of sodium hydroxide to about a cup of distilled water. The reaction began after a moment, and it was enough to safely, slowly dissolve the aluminum. 40g. . . OMG! I thought you were trying to make instant sodium silicate of your flask, or even a bomb with the hydrogen.

I'm sitting here very puzzled. I bought two identical phones and got wallet cases for both. Gradually, both phones started to make a constant bleeping sound similar to the start up sound. No, I didn't put any credit cards or ANYTHING in the wallet slots. Also, I turned off notifications on both phones and still this annoying sound persisted. After two months thereabouts of this I had a lightbulb moment and just removed the wallet cases from the phones. Yuppers, the sound has stopped. Both of these wallets have a magnet to clasp shut. I can't think of anything else to be causing my phone to do this bleeping other than the magnets. The phones are Revvl 4+. This might not occur with other types of phones and I'm pretty sure this wasn't damaging the phones, but I'm curious here if there's anything I can do about it so I can use the wallets for these phones (different wallet cases). The common denominator for the problem is the magnetic clasp on each wallet and something sensitive inside this particular android cell phone. Your demonstration of running a strong magnet is good, but your demonstration doesn't delve into longer term magnetic exposure as I have encountered. This has taken me quite some time to sort out to land on the magnets being the cause because everything online talks about how magnets don't DAMAGE a phone, but nothing about how a phone can react to magnetic exposure over a period of time. If you know of a fix, please let me know. I'm still scratching my head in disbelief that the wallet magnets are making my phone go off Cuckoo with annoying constant sound bleeping. If there's a setting on the phone that would fix this I sure would appreciate knowing what it is so I can use the wallets I've purchased.

Thank you for making this :). I come after listening for the first time to "Soap" by The Oh Hellos looking for answers, and this whole video (the first I watch of yours as well) felt so much meaningful and bought me so much happiness even thanks to the music you choose and the way you explained and showed all this. Just wanted to let you know that I am so happy you decided to upload this, even if the purpose I found in it isn't exactly the same that you maybe intend for it. Much love ❤

I was using a headset that had a magnet on it and I didn't realize I put it in the bag where there was my cell phone. I realized it when there was a call and when I took my cell phone there was a headset attached to my cell phone too. and I'm here to find out. I hope this is fine and won't make me change my phone again 😅 What I'm wondering is why something as small as a headset like this has a magnet this strong.

I'll re-explain. Flake is seized chocolate. So you know when you got that chocolate icing mix getting hard on the side of your mixing bowl. Flake is that. Just made into thin sheets swivelled like that. So to get it back to liquid form. So, what do you do to save it if your chocolate seizes? Funnily enough, it's super simple. First boil some water. Second, very slowly, as in 1-2 tsp at a time add in the boiling water and whisk the chocolate vigorously until the mixture is smooth again.

Wierd concept. They are a compressed powder. So the moment you add liquid it turns into creamy chocolate And your control is milk chocolate. By golly. That already has been made to a block with coco powder and chocolate. Flakes melt with water or milk or coffee. Go give it ago
