Thank you for your comment! I can very much empathise with what your experiences must be like. Education systems are as strained and overloaded as our health systems. No doubt you would also benefit from some de-implementation! It's great to hear the content resonates. We have a future interview planned with someone very much involved in de-implementation. It creates a virtuous cycle - Amen. This is such good wisdom for real-life implementation (e.g., staff turnover, resource shortages, etc.). Keep it up!

You are welcome 👍 Yes, there needs to be some sort of ongoing learning process within the setting in order for implementation to happen and deal with arising contextual factors
