There's no reason for Carolyn to be angry with Carly. Vivian burying Carly alive, caused her to have amnesia. Then Lawrence uses that to his advantage, to get Carly to fall in love with him. She felt grateful to him, for him taking care of her through the fevers. Then there's Nikki. When she remembers him, she thought this is her chance at having the family she always wanted. She was robbed of knowing her son was alive & not being able to raise him for the first 8 yrs of his life. It was only natural for Carly to leave with Lawrence. I didn't like it in the least, when she left though. SIDE NOTE: Crystal Chappell left the show, because her then boyfriend Michael Sabatino was fired from the show. It was her choice to leave with him.

Hope has no clue who Carly really is. Carly came from wealth & gave it all up for LOVE. For the LOVE of Bo. Carly not only came from wealth, but she's also a Princess. A Princess with CLASS to boot. Guess what Hope. Your son really loved Carly like a mom. And another thing....Carly always put Bo's feelings above hers. No matter what issues she was having, she always recognized when Bo was going through something. She'd instantly stop talking about her day, just to focus on him and his needs. Can't say that about Hope. Everything is always me, me, me, poor me. Guh!! I can't stand Hope.

Hope is a joke. She's the one who walked out on Bo. She took their child & moved in with Victor. Hopes the one who wanted to end the marriage. Hope has the nerve to attack Carly at every chance she gets. Hope taking her anger out on Carly is so absurd. Carly had no intentions of getting back with Bo. Her sole purpose of seeking Bo out, was for him to help protect & save her life. If Hope only knew....Carly was very concerned about their marriage. She was constantly telling Bo to talk to her, but Bo is the one who kept reminding Carly, she wasn't to blame for their marriage woes. Bo chooses to stay with Carly. ❤ Hope is a very crude person. She always has been. That's the reason I never liked her.....That & Kristen Alfonso can't act to me. She has the fake tears going. Sniveling for no reason. I can't stand Hope.

Kristian Alfonso has never been that great of an actress in my humbled opinion. Of all the Soap Operas I use to watch: All My Children, Days of Our Lives, Edge of Night, General Hospital, Guiding Light, One Life To Live & Ryans Hope. Crystal Chappell is the best actress in the Soap world. Her acting is Phenomenal. Kim Zimmer from Guiding Light is a great actress, but she can't touch Crystal's skills.

I recall the dr telling Carly & Bo, when they were engaged & wanted to have a baby, that Carly couldn't get pregnant. I think Lawrence paid the dr off. He knew they were trying to get pregnant & Lawrence wasn't having it. Carly marries Lawrence. For the 16 years she was off camera married to Lawrence with him being cruel to Carly, except for the 1st month. Carly goes to a medical conference & sees Daniel. They have a 1 night stand, Carly gets pregnant. What happened to her not being able to get pregnant?

I found it odd, that Carly didn't recognize the guy in front of her, pleading for the safe return of his daughter, was the guy she nursed back to health on the boat. And when he was saying Sam, he was speaking about Sammie, whom she knows as Marlena's daughter.

Bo was written so OOC, so often, that as much as I love he and Hope together, and am happy they are together now, there will always be a mark on him, for me. With all the SM talk now of PR wanting to return to Days, and KA probably not, I wouldn't be surprised if they drag Carly or Billie back for Bo. After all the last couple of years with B & H, that would be a shame, but not surprising to me.

Peter Reckell will not be returning to Days and he made that very clear. Contrary to what uou believe Bo did love Carly but he was married.

I love this ceremony. These 2 are/ were my favorites along with many others in this program. Bo did fight Carly so hard at 1st after Hope died. She remained strong & determined to win his heart. She eventually did.

I agree with you. I stopped watching the show in 1993, after only watching 5 episodes of Vivian burying Carly alive. I couldn't handle it. I tried coming back to DOOL in 1997, but I couldn't get in to it.
