that is the name of the APA Masters League open to anyone who is skill level 5... or above....i am a 6 in both 8 ball and 9 ball...there are skill levels of 5 up to a 9 in 9 ball....and from skill level 5 up to skill level 7 playing 8 ball ... thanks for watching

since my cue was at a 45 degree angle from the cueball it is a legal hit...

@@robdickman2987 It's not a legal hit. It was a double hit. If the cue ball after contact is traveling at the same speed as the object ball, there is no way it was a legal hit. It's impossible to make the cue ball travel the same speed as the object ball after contact unless it was a double hit.

It's absolutely a double hit, slow it down to .25 and it's visible the cue object ball and cue ball cannot move at a faster speed than object ball after impact.

To get that ball in the corner if he would have to hit the stripes first. That would have been ball in hand. Ive seen so many of these that go without anybody saying anything. When i played league if it was a close call. League captains came too look and or a licensed reef. Before the shots are ever played.

*Back in the day, players that owned a cue knew how to play. These guys constantly missed shots that were very easy. Basic stroke mechanics would work miracles for them. They just do not strike the ball well.*

Hundreds of millions of pool players around the world 🌍 would be so discouraged knowing they could never dream of approaching the ultimate provision for the sport that I have easily accomplished. Playing some weird house rules? Since when do you NOT get a ball in hand when someone only hits a cushion with the cue ball playing 9 ball? He either needs to hit the target ball and a ball needs to make contact with a cushion in order to avoid a ball in hand. Also its a ball in hand when you strike the 9 ball and make it in. It does get placed but it is also a ball in hand. I've been playing 30+ years international 9 ball and 8 ball and now 10 ball. Is it APA rules?
