Hi. I think there is a option in PVsyst to consider the transmission loss from HV transformer to point of interconnection. By checking the box "Uses a HV transformer". Once you allow to use the HV transformer, you can input the wire size, length and the voltage of the line as well as the iron and copper loss of the HV transformer.

Yes u r right. But it's then restrict to use MV line and MV trafo in the circuit. It's either or type in input window.
