this is pretty good, but there's a few nitpicks i have with this: colloquial language (informal language) would not be used on a Playstation in this case, they would probably use formal language instead (eg: words like "wanna" "some way" wouldn't be used, and contractions would also not be used (eg: "don't" becomes "do not") some language used here could of been more detailed or clear, eg: "move the PlayStation 2 somewhere else" is a bit vague, "somewhere else could be replaced with "to a well ventilated area" there are some grammatical errors EG: "clean it off the dust" is not grammatically correct, you should of removed the "it" from the sentence or written it as "clean the dust off" words probably wouldn't be written in all caps "DO NOT" should of been written as "Do not" (but the model number is an exception) The PlayStation would probably ask "Yes or No" or ask you to press one of two buttons when asking if you want to do X and not ask you to press a random button combo, even if it was an important decision you would have to make (then they would probably ask you to confirm more than once if you wanted to do it or not" and also you forgot to add in the option to say no. following my nitpicks, i reworded the last paragraph at 2:58: "Please be aware that if the console fails to repair itself then it will almost certainly become unusable. If this happens, then the console's warranty will become void and Sony will not be responsible for the damages caused.
