I've been collecting Star Wars stuff since I was 1 year old (born in '76 w/ brother 8 years older). My brother and I had almost all the action figures, both 12" and 3 3/4". We were not rough with our action figures (including GI Joes & Transformers). We mostly recreated scenes from the film or acted out our own storylines. Unfortunately, we did open all of our toys so any that remain are no longer "Mint-In-Box". :( I stopped collecting the action figures for the most part as an adult, but I did get my hands on the Special Edition Luke Skywalker that was given out to the first 100 or so people at the premiere of the rerelease of ROTJ in '97. We also collected the original Star Wars cards. I have continued to collect Star Wars cards and especially enjoy recent chromium sets, such as Star Wars Chrome and Chrome Galaxy (just released today!). Over the years, I have picked up several different SW collectibles, including a fair amount of Funko Pops. Fun & Amazing Fact: George Lucas only took a salary of $150k for Ep. 4 in exchange for rights to all future sequels and rights to all merchandising!!! What a genius move by a true visionary!!! May the Force Be With You.

Pretty sure I came upon HH in late 2022. My first KZbin comment was on the SW Holiday Special (#14). I skipped around while y’all covered some animation like Bad Batch. (Of course, I did LOL) Keep up the great work! Show keeps getting better & better. May the Force Be With You

The ship Jedi Bob built was not a clone wars ship, it's actually from Andor. The Ferix police ship.

Great reaction to the second half, Guys. Yes, I find Darth Dev's plight more deep, impactful, and more likely than the crapola characterization We got of Kylo Ben. BTW: The bonus scene, w/ The Landolorian and Baby Bad Azz Grogu, was EVERYTHING. Yes, Season 2. I wonder where Din Djarin is, then?

Without a doubt, yes. Even if they still tell sequel-connected stories and are a little nuts with what they throw in, Lego Star Wars content has generally been more “Star Wars” than a good chunk of what Disney or Lucasfilm themselves have been pumping out. I feel more invested in the story of Lego Rey or Darth Rey than I ever did for canon Rey. They even poked fun at the stupidity of the sequels from time to time.

11:17 I think on YT there is a small video where light side Darth Vader (who also appears in a legends story) fights Darth Rey and it's technically part of this special btw. 14:05 That's likely either an Ahsoka vs Maul or Palpatine vs Windu reference.
@tryorse83402 ай бұрын
It's more likely an ahsoka vs maul reference since the glass shards break towards them and we get a slow motion close up of the two

6:16 Jedi Bob was a minifigure Lego released in one of their 1st Republic Gunship models btw. Until now they never rereleased him and the fandom was asking them for a long time to bring him back. He made quite a name for himself over they years. 8:06 Did you know that there is a starfighter type galled "Ugly" in legends which was brought back into canon which resemble the x-fighters in this? 10:52 It's the ship they used in Andor also. 12:11 "Greebling" in Lego terms is used to describe for example small little details on the outside of a (bigger) starship. 13:10 In the Star Wars comics there was a droid called "0-0-0" and he looks similar to him. 16:09 That's probably that jedi prison the Mandalorians got Maul in at the end of Clone Wars. 16:29 There was a jedi looking like that in Lego's own JEK-14 star wars show (it's about a clone who was imbued with very tong force powers, I think by Sidious and Dooku, during his creation at the time of the clone wars).

Loved it!!! LEGO Star Wars is the only animated SW for me! Is it just me or was the “cornerstone” not in the corner? IMDB doesn’t have ep. 2 credits yet, but Sam Witwer is in the cast. Voice work in this is amazing! Gaten Matarazzo (Stranger Things) kills it as Sig! Can’t wait to watch Eps. 3&4

I actually liked several of the ideas used in it. It suffered from the massive repeated rewrites heavily... and one thing I'm wondering... does Dafne Keen look the same age in every scene we see her in? Why? because when it was released... she was 19. Filming started several years ago when she was younger, maybe 15 or so? I find myself wondering exactly what age she was in each scene we see her in. The significance is that it would let us deduce which scenes as aired were shot in the first filming run and which were added later after re-shoots.

I'm also very interested to see what they do with Baylan Skoll. He feels very grey to me which I loooveee in a character (similar to Ashoka, Anakin, and Kylo). I'm surprised Vader didn't make the cut for y'all!! For me it would be Ashoka, Vader, Obi Wan, Din, and shirtless Kylo tyvm.

Now, if ONLY We could use the cornerstone to alter the events of The (Disney) Sequel Trilogy. I'm actually looking forward to this. Ironically, Joey, I think Star Wars: Rebuild The Galaxy will break less canon than The Crapolyte. I guarantee, I have a WAY BETTER viewing experience with this than The Show That Shall Never Be Spoken Of Again. What's interesting: Watching this trailer, I see some relevant parallels between its storytelling and, Skeleton Crew. That's actually a good thing. May The Force Be With You, Guys.

I'm excited and anticipating having a good time with these kids (some or all of whom, I suspect, unbeknownst to them, may be Force-sensitive), Jude Law's Force-using character, and this Outer Rim/Unknown Regions-traversing story. Ben, this miniseries is an homage to Steven Spielberg's 1980s Amblin films and anthology series (E.T., The Goonies, Back To The Future, Amazing Stories) and even George Lucas' SW TV movies (Ewoks: The Battle For Endor, Caravan Of Courage) from the mid-1980s. Hope to see some brand new and some familiar heroes, villains (inc. The Pirate Nation and The Remnant Empire), and antiheroes. I'm interested in getting to know the owl-like character, who's giving off galactic astronomer and wise sage vibes. Am I the only person who wishes We could see the 2-Episode Premiere in theaters? May The Force Be With You, Ben and Joey. P.S. Did you guys catch the "fuzzball" creature in the the glass cage, who originally appeared in the Michael Jackson short film, Captain EO (which was a Disney and Lucasfilm Ltd. production, co-written by George Lucas)? That's a DEEP CUT.

I don't mind the tie-ins across these Disney shows ... as long as the plot lines are not dominated by tie-ins/crossovers (see Mando mini-season within Book of Boba). I'm looking forward to Skeleton Crew. Big fan of Jude Law's work. If they somehow work Sidious into this show, will they rename it "Skeletor Crew"? And if the same folks at LucasFilm that don't feel good about Skeleton Crew are the ones that did feel good about The Acolyte, then I'm not worried about Skeleton Crew at all. LOL

How/why Osha is doing what she is doing isn't explained. she hasn't used witch magic or the Thread in 16 years, but she can use it now as if she were a Mother? Its only been a day at most and she trust's Qimir? why? Sol, should of disarmed Mae. He said just a few minutes ago he needs her alive, so I doubt he is going to kills her. the ship doesn't have a hyperdrive so she can only go as far as Brendock. That that lil *hit rat basal. wtf is his motivation? And all of this makes the chase pointless and just eye candy. This seen with David Harewood, should of been the absolute first scene of the whole entire serious. It sets up the stakes. And what is sad is 2 minutes of David is better than most of the characters in this show, not all, but most. When senator asks whole will stop the rogue jedi. Any competent writer should have Venestra speak up. "The jedi have guarded the Republic, even to our own detriment for Eons. And we will always be there to defend it as we did against the Sith...." it cuts the moment that the Senator built up, and it would show that Venestra knows how to play that game as well. This show has given me no faith that they know how to do Plagueis justice, so I wish he was never even cameoed, especially since he should be a late tween to into his teens right now. but hey just a birthday right? Sol runs from the Jedi, just to turn on his transponder now? why? At the bare minimum he should of turned to Bazil and said "if I don't come back by such and such time, turn on the transponder and wait for the Jedi to arrive." how do you get the lift operational? you blew up the generators, its been 16 years of degradation. How does Qimir get in? new force power Force Teleportation? Why is there a hole in the roof? should of had Osha Force Push Mae out of the room, and then she disappears, because the "batmaning" is getting old and over used. Also her use the Force on Mae and looking at her hands just adds more credence to her regaining her powers. I get he was trying to use the helm again, but you have your lightsaber on the opposite side of Sol's blade. TAKE the bloody shot! his head is right there! Sure he destroys the main saber, but your Shoto saber is still there, and you have to have 2 crystals for 2 blades. Sol has trounced Qimir two times now, but Mae can disarm him with ease? Lightsabers are build to be durable, but a toss onto something suddenly breaks this one like its a dollars store toy? Mae has spent the entire season looking to kills the Jedi, and suddenly she wants Justice? Where did this come from? Its rather convenient that Sol never gets the chance to say "your mother was turning into Force demon, and was vaporizing Mae. I did what I thought was best to protect Mae and you Osha. My only choice was to strike down your mother." "Without Mae there was no proof" What about the blood tests? The fact that Mae and Osha had identical resonance signatures in the Force? Crazy how the writers forgot about that. Osha bleeding a crystal by accident is not only wrong logically, it literally goes against Disney's own lore. How many Men, women and children did Anakin kill? his saber never changed. There should be Rage, heartbreak, outrage in Osha to even begin to bleed a crystal. I'm talking about all but foaming at the mouth!... I don't see any of that on Amandla's face, until after he is dead. She should still be angry when he lashes out at Qimir.. instead she's puzzled? Its also sad that Venestra has all the powers every other Jedi should of had in this show, aside from her use of Psychometry. She tells them to set up a 5 klick Perimeter, and yet ALL of the Jedi are following the Rat?! that is not how a perimeter works! "You are going to do what you were meant to do?" What exactly is that? hmm? it literally is not established at all in the show. Memory Wipe.. great Qimir can do it... so why didn't he use it before hand? just a tease of it somewhere earlier in the show to leave that lil bread crumb. So when he uses it here your like aah ok. Then Yoda.. looks as old as he did in the OT. Why couldn't they spend the money to either make a younger puppet, or just CGI him as was done in the Prequels? Where was Yoda? he could feel Order 66, but not these Jedi dying? But worst yet, instead of making the Jedi look fallible. they did nothing but make them look incompetent, absolutely corrupt, and if she comes clean with Yoda then that makes him complicit in the corruption. I can't claim most of the things I pointed out as my own ideas, in fact i've gathered them from many people from youtube. But they are all valid points. Most of these just come from this episode, with just a few extending back to the beginning of the show.

If there are anymore live episodes, hopefully I don't miss those
