I stumbled across your video while searching for Plasfy reviews. I reviewed the comments to your 1st video as I was going to add that it was worth the fight; but, stubbornness is not one of my better qualities. Your 1st video fairly explained that it was the $109 bundle, not the $30 trial, that you were addressing. You clearly stated you hadn't reviewed the fine print to their deceptive refund policy. For me, it was their 2nd email to you that clinched it. Some rep took the time to argue with the reasons you provided and to explain to you why you were wrong. Business Rule 1 = the customer is always right! Your video and the thousands who reviewed it then opted not to purchase is exactly why this rule is so important. I, for one, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and saving me the grief.

@@BigBethieBirda I appreciate your comment and you’re exactly right. This is the reason why I disagreed with them saying that this could have been solved easily without the need for a video to “badmouth them.” First off, as you said, I tried to be as transparent as possible in my video. And secondly, I did try to solve this without making a video! They were the ones who fought tooth and nail to avoid doing it. Anyway, thank you for watching and for sharing your thoughts!

I just saw a Facebook ad for this app and before dropping $10 on "lifetime access", I looked it up for reviews and I found your video. I'm grateful for this warning because I'm starting a business selling my photography but I'm a disabled jobless entrepreneur; I have not enough money for all the photography software and hardware I need, let alone for $120 a year for Canva Pro to make some branding and marketing stuff, and their monthly option is a whopping $15 a month, like its a premium ad-free streaming service, which I also can't afford. I was so annoyed when I realized I really can't get by with the free Canva; I need to be able to export transparent designs, use the good templates, and resize designs easily. So the idea of a knockoff of Canva that might do what Canva does for a lot less was compelling. Canva is outrageously priced. Going to keep using it until I find something reputable that's much cheaper though.

I Am SOOOOOO Glad I typed "Plasfy Reviews" in the YT browser. Your video has just kept $9.99 or more in my pocket. So I was listening to music this morning on YT and Plasfy's commercial popped up. Yes! Design graphics on par with Canva at the price of $9.99 FOR A LIFETIME! You know that got my attention. So I went to their site and checked out their pricing and sure enough they are offering this incredible deal. But my antenna went up so as I said in the beginning of this note, I came back to YT and found your video. I'm so sorry you went through the bad deal but your experience is going to save a lot of people headaches. Thanks for sharing. I imagine the product has been improved ever since, but my point has really only been to make sure people read the fine print before falling for these deals that sometimes seem too good to be true. And to answer your question, I ended up getting my money back when this video got a bit of traction and it somehow got the attention of the owner (Jasper), who reached out to me via email. If you're interested, I did upload a video update a few weeks ago to my channel about that new interaction with Jasper. Interesting. I've had it for a few months now and have no issues or regrets. I don't ever use any one software, so this is just another tool for my design bag. I did initially have issues logging in, but they were quick to respond and get me set up. I picked up upgrade versions of a few software products that I already owned, included in a bundle . The only drama is that they are also affiliates and do resell software from other companies, (Rewardsly and Forrk) , and a few of them have been shaky. I bought Rewardsly and Forrk from Ben Murry a few years ago, and while they are both promising, the support from Murry's team is terrible. I have had several emails with Jasper Cyan and he's always been quick to respond and very forthcoming. I'm not recommending Plasfy one way or another, just wanted to share my experience.

I imagine that the business model is to sell crap at such a low price that buyers won't hustle for a refund - if you sell a lot of crap at $10 a piece it's a profitable enterprise. I saw the ad, looked for reviews and nothing came up that didn't have a hint of suspicion about it. Australian consumer law allows local buyers certainty of a refund (although not necessarily quickly). Not sure how international banks operate, but I've found that your best option is usually go directly to your card issuer and ask for a chargeback because what you received isn't what you paid for. Good video. Jasper's profile pic certainly doesn't mark him out as the kind I'd purchase off (it was a major red flag). BTW, Canva is also Australian - it's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

@@fabrizio.dipietro yeah, that’s a good point. As a matter of fact AppSumo recently stated that they’re looking into the way they evaluate the companies and products they partner with. Thanks for the update. I thought your previous video was balanced and described your experience, but as you say, then it's up to others to make their own decisions. I'm a bit skeptical getting software from a company I don't know, where all the reviews on the product are almost too good to be true, and the company doesn't seem to have been around long. Their website seems to go over the top with reviews and listing features and benefits. Too hyped up. But on the other hand the 9 dollars or so for a one time subscription fee seems low enough to be worth the risk. But why after a year do they still have a Founder day special and why has the price dropped again? There's bait advertising with saying xx from xx has just purchased, get in quick before the deal is gone...

Hi everyone, This is Jasper, the founder of Plasfy. I came across this video earlier this week, and although I wish I had seen it sooner, I wanted to personally address the concerns raised. While I appreciate the effort that went into sharing this experience, it's important to clear up a few misunderstandings and provide some context for anyone watching. I’ve reached out to the publisher directly also. 1. Clarifying the Product: This Is One of Our Private Offers, Not Plasfy First, I want to clarify that the product being discussed in this video is the Jasrati Software Bundle, not Plasfy, our design tool. These are two distinct products. The Jasrati Software Bundle is a private deal that includes third-party software provided by our trusted partners, while Plasfy is a separate product used and praised by tens of thousands of customers. Each software product in the bundle is maintained by our partners and used by thousands of active users globally. It’s important to note that the feedback in this video is about the bundle and not about Plasfy, which remains a highly valued product. 2. Refund Process: Immediate Refund Once Feedback Is Provided I’d like to clarify that at no point did I state that you would not receive your refund. Our refund process is designed to be transparent and fair, and we typically ask for feedback to help us understand the issue and improve our products. Once feedback is provided, refunds are processed immediately. This helps prevent refund abuse, especially for high-value bundles like the Jasrati Software Bundle, which require manual account creation that takes around 30 minutes per user to set up. The refund couldn’t be processed initially because no specific feedback was provided, and the delay occurred because you replied to an order confirmation email. That inbox receives thousands of automated emails per day and is not monitored for support requests. It’s likely your email was marked as read during the process of clearing the inbox. Unfortunately, this has resulted in negative experiences for other users as well, as sometimes emails don’t get received properly or end up in the spam folder. I should have directed you to the correct support channel immediately, and I regret not doing so. Despite this, I ensured your refund was processed today and full access to the software remains available. 3. Sales History: Few Refund Requests, All Resolved Since launching the Jasrati Software Bundle, we’ve received very few refund requests, and all have been resolved by working directly with customers. This is the first refund for this bundle, and across all our products at Jasrati, we maintain an industry-low refund rate of less than 1%, demonstrating high customer satisfaction. The bundle has been purchased by over 500 users, and the majority of feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. 4. Product Updates: Continuous Enhancements and Speed Improvements I completely agree that Plasfy had speed issues early on, and we’ve worked diligently to resolve these problems. While we’ve made significant improvements and the platform is now much faster, I’ll be the first to admit it’s not perfect. However, we’re continuously working to enhance it. We’ve released thousands of updates, all provided free to our users, with a key focus on speed improvements. We’re committed to ongoing development to ensure the best possible experience. 5. Pricing Transparency: The Jasrati Software Bundle provides incredible value, offering software from third-party providers that would cost significantly more if purchased individually. We’ve always maintained transparency in how we price and value our products and bundles, reflecting the true cost of acquiring these tools from their original vendors. 6. Refund Policy: Why Feedback Matters Our money-back guarantee is designed to be clear and straightforward. We request feedback as part of this process so we can learn from our users and continuously improve our products. 7. Scam Allegations: Simply Not True Any claim that we are a scam or not legitimate is simply not true. We pride ourselves on maintaining strong relationships with our customers, backed by numerous positive reviews and awards based on genuine feedback. We’ve been recognized as one of the Best Software Companies in Australia on Trustpilot and are ranked among the Top 100 SaaS and Software Companies in Australia (2024) by F6S. Our products have received 30+ awards, including recognition for Best Relationship, Best Support, and the Happiest Users Awards. These awards are based entirely on genuine user feedback and are not influenced by outside sources. We’ve also built a community of over 1,000 members in our Facebook group, where users share their positive experiences. On platforms like Trustpilot, G2, Facebook, and Google, we have over 500 verified reviews with an average rating between 4.4 and 4.8 stars, highlighting our commitment to quality creative products and customer satisfaction. We’re also partners with Microsoft for Startups program and have over 60,000 active users across our products globally. 8. Opportunities for Communication: We Could Have Solved This Sooner After our initial conversation, there was no follow-up communication from your side. I’m always open to discussions, and if you had shared the link to this video, we could have addressed your concerns sooner. I encourage all users to reach out through our dedicated support desk to ensure prompt and effective resolution of any issues. 9. Encouraging Transparency: It's Good to Have a Diverse Range of Viewpoints It’s always valuable to hear diverse viewpoints, and I appreciate feedback of all kinds. However, it’s important that we ensure the facts are accurate, so I kindly ask that the video be updated with the correct information. Sharing accurate details helps create meaningful dialogue and gives viewers the transparency they deserve. 10. Moving Forward: Policy Updates and Future Changes Moving forward, we’ve taken steps to ensure smoother handling of situations like this. We’ve updated our refund policy to make it clearer and more straightforward, allowing for faster processing when feedback is provided. Additionally, we are in the process of implementing a system to convert responses to order emails into support tickets. While this system is not yet live, we’re actively working on it to ensure that no communication gets lost in the future. Closing: Thank you for taking the time to read this. I want to personally apologize for any confusion or frustration caused by the delay in our response and the issues with communication. It seems there was a misunderstanding with the process, and I truly regret that we didn’t address your concerns sooner. I appreciate your patience, and moving forward, we’re committed to making sure experiences like this are handled more efficiently. If there’s anything more I can do to clarify or assist further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. Your feedback is incredibly important, and I want to ensure we get things right. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to improve, I would appreciate a response from you.
