One tip that might help with the yanks, keep your head down like a ball golf swing and let your left shoulder push your head through. Your head is kind of following your disc which is opening up your shoulders.

I am always surprised at the lack of content/discussion on glow-folf.. I absolutely love it! Even more fun that the daytime.. walking in the forest in pitch black with a glowbag and a flashlight. So much Zen. 🎉
