I've experimented with a few different setups with this gun! I've found that pistol grip works best to combat this guns heavy amount of rotational recoil. Yellow laser also helps a lot. Coyote sight is a great choice for this gun as well. Now for the barrel I often run either long barrel or muzzle booster. The recoil isn't really that bad having such a high firerate for the damage is kinda crazy. Long barrel is better for those longer range engagements and the extra wallbang helps to deal with headglitchers.
