That is so true and I agree with you 100% of everything you say you have to be presentable you have to be compassionate how going the personality you have to know how to work with everybody cuz everybody's different your mouth they got injuries what's going on with their hearts with their body do they have permanent injury so when you're training someone you have to know all these situations now I'm a master in martial arts so I'm not a personal trainer but I'm a master in martial arts so I know the body very well too so I teach breathing exercises condition people bodies and stretching my specialized power stretching and teach them self-defense with everybody is different every individual is different to quote the part and I seen so many Masters and teachers that smoke they look sloppy they don't work there people out they don't stretch them they don't get him shaved then I'll put them on die they don't teach them at they don't teach them how to eat right and all that comes together they all have to work together but I can teach personal training cuz it's similar I know the body I know the hard I know the nerves in the body I study the nominee of the body so I know how to train people and get them physically in shape sell everything you're saying is 100 percent correct no people that say they teach martial arts and they'll even do not even a black belt

Burns like a mofo. But I love it. Makes sweet sweat look like Albolene or Vaseline. Anyone who really wants to up the effect of TC1, after rubbing it on your abs, use plastic wrap round it. Then use a polymer waist trainer belt. Don't use the neoprene belts (cause allergic skin reaction on some skins). Finally, rub it on your chest, arms and thighs. Takes about 20-30 minutes for the "burn" around the ab area to kick in. Then about 15 minutes later your chest then arms become super warm, if not straight hot. I either go for a long walk or do an indoor HIIT workout. Its as if someone dropped me in a swimming pool. That's how much sweat dripping all over.

You don’t need any certifications or nothing. If you got clients, you’re a personal trainer. If you know how to get in shape and look good, you can train others to do it.

A person who got into shape starting off skinny is probably not gonna know how to train a fat person to get into shape

Old school all day Reg! I’m from the same era bro. I’m used to lifting with the guys who just get after it in that hot ass gym putting in work!!! 80’s era all day! I just enjoy the hard work and the self challenge. Nutrition, the workout, the rest all play a major part. As well as the consistency! I’m still putting years in to get the physique I want. Stay real Sir. 👊🏽💯

You can be a personal trainer or rapper without a cert and you can be a rapper without a record deal. There are people without those certs that don’t deserve the tittle for sure but if you’ve trained multiple people successfully already for a long period of time you can call yourself a trainer. Also if you’ve been making music for years and actually getting numbers without a record deal you can say you’re a rapper. There is nothing wrong with getting a very though.

@threezysworld80892 жыл бұрын
I've been thinking about it a lot. I have the body for it and everyone watches me work out. I'm not huge I just have nice symmetry and proportion, full muscle bellies, muscular while still looking long. I've been working out for 25 years now. I have some sales experience and a very charismatic personality. I do lots of weights, bodyweight, plyometrics, lots of stretching. I would think it's really about building relationships. Same with sales. My customers and I loved to see each other. Oh yeah and I always see trainers stealing my moves.

Big Coop, take that complement of being asked are you on the sauce. 😂. Show's people that natural results are good enough, for the everyday person. As for the sport of body building, sports period, I'll take my athletes on roids. It's not what you do it's how you do it that gets me about it, the wrong cocktail mix and overdosed death. Knowledge and wisdom is key in it all. Keep up the good work G.
