I bought the crystal crates but it won't show it on my inventory...is there anything i can do to claim my knife?? I've been playing for the whole day just to save up and buy that knife but all the hardwork I've done for nothing...Send help if you guys know :) I keep rejoining on the game but the knife won't equip...I also turned off our internet to check if it's my connection problem...I have tried anything but still unable to show up on my inventory...

This game literally pisses me off most vampires just have a lazy about having a nice chat over a cup of tea or smth and when you kill them they gang up on you.. and they call u pressed if u ask anything ab why they're not playing the game. And also they always go into the main tower in the middle where you can visibly see them. Atleast go on your side and go talk in some private area. Or just join a hangout game or smth. To be honest if people want more skins then go for it but I recommend getting the weapons, animation and then the effect that are garantee first then go for the skins

Anything in the shop that cost coins are automatically saved and if you get the skin twice, you get coins refond like 40% of what you used

I think that to improve the game they should add new mechanics like the smile can block the human's attacks in a certain time or the smile can hit to make it easier to take life from the human and above all nerf the blade and combos because the smile player can get tired of so many combos that he doesn't like.
