This engine guys! I had to try and do this without alldata, there is another guy on YT who did a fair display for chev cruze (that's what we were working on, same engine). If I had to mention some key points or work around, you need to mark those vvt cam pulleys in TDC before removing if you don't have the tool to align. You can get the tool 3d printed, what I did. Check google. Not sure if this guy for got to put the back cover before the pulleys but you have to fit the back covers first. Antoher tip, to open and tight the Crank bolt, you can fit a strong flat head screwdriver in the gap by the bell housing, need a 2nd person to hold it in place. Don't over tighten thr cam bolts, replace if possible or be gentle, on the cruz vid the specs are way off - ask me how I know😉. Don't use a drilbit to lock the tensioner, it's strong. Should be good there after.

First of all the music is so annoying and loud and second what is the purpose of this video when you skip the most important part one of which is a how to put the belt back. Disassembly is always easier than assembly it needs skill experience and technic.

Can I ask why you changed theses parts ? I have a Renault Fluence 1.5dci . Not reaching operating temperature not going half way only one bar ? Maybe changing this will help

i have the same car with the issue, the termostat gets stuck open and is letting coolant passtrough, thats why our cars are not getting to operating temp.

Hi everyone so I have solved the issue ( not an issue) on the Renault 1.5dci So when driving in the winter time around 10 degree’s etc the car will stay on 1 bar no matter how long you drive in this temperature the car will stay on 1 bar it’s not a fault it’s just a feature on Renault only time the car will open the thermostat fully in the winter is in long start and stop traffic it will open and close as needed . The last couple of days in my country the weather is reaching 20 degrees plus and the car is regularly opening to full temperature some times on a long stretch of road the car gets loads of cold air and drops to one bar and once your back around 10/50km the car will open to full temperature again. I have spoken to Renault owners in my area and spoke to them about the thermostat and all of them said the same thing it tends to open more in the summer time and closes in the winter it’s just a feature of Renault and is perfectly normal happy driving !
