I’m not sure if you’re joking but just in case you are actually thinking about it, i really hope you don’t. Of course it’s ultimately your decision and if you really feel like you can’t handle existing anymore, it’s your choice to end it, but I’m serious when I say this- it can’t get any worse than it is right now. You’re at the worst point in your life rn, which means it can only go up from here. I know that’s extremely cliché (and probably annoying af cuz I’m sure you hear that non stop), but it’s the truth. I was at my lowest point a year ago, and I attempted it, it was the worst decision of my life. I won’t lie to you, I actually didn’t regret attempting it right away, I actually considered attempting it again for many months after my first attempt, but I held out for god knows what reason. And I’m genuinely so glad I did, cuz even tho it was the worst couple months of my life, and even tho it was so mentally excruciating, I am so glad I did, because I ended up finding a purpose in my life, which I think is what helped me get out of my extreme depressive state?? (I’m not too sure tho tbh). I know you probably have heard this stuff a million times, and Im sure you don’t believe me when I say it only gets better, cuz I didn’t believe people that told me that either. But it’s the truth. It could still take weeks, months, or ever a year or two until it does start to get better, and I know it sucks not knowing when it will, but I swear to you it will. Seriously, just finding a purpose in life, whether it’s a best friend, a significant other, working towards a career you’re passionate about, or even simple goals that one may be struggling with, like trying to keep a healthy diet, exercise/Simply being outside more (that one helped me SO MUCH with getting out of my depression), trying to shower/brush teeth every day/every other day, trying to do one chore every day, just simple stuff like that to help get yourself out of a depressive state. Please please PLEASE let me know if you need someone to talk to. I get notifications on comments right away on here so hopefully if you do, I’ll be able to respond as soon as possible. Even tho I don’t know you, I really care about you and don’t want to see you take your life when I know you’ll be able to get out of this mindset in the future. ❤️
