They're such GREAT Lion Dancers! Proud to see this Club continue to grow and having the tradition and hard work well maintained. It's amazing to see how talented these two brothers are with Lion Dancing along with Dragon Dancing! AMAZING!!!

Amazing to see that people are still keeping the tradition, and hopefully people will continue to do so, after each generation. But honestly I am starting to realize that Vancouver Chinatown is changing so much and that our Chinese tradition is slowly starting to fade away.I swear in the future, as for the next generation, people will know nothing about the culture and tradition, not only that. They probably wouldn't even know how to speak their language, whether if it's Cantonese or Mandarin or in their dialect like Toisan, Poonyue etc. Even people nowadays barely know. :(

MAAN I'd be tired! Honestly I think that Hon Hsing Athletic Club is the best club/society in Vancouver's Chinatown. I can tell that they have been working so hard for all these years to do such outstanding performances. I have been seeing Hon Hsing's performances for years, ever since I was a little kid. Keep up with the great work!!!

@jiayaw Hey. I remember your group (our two Sifus are also good friends). Thanks for the compliment and you guys had a cool demo too! I'm pretty happy with our students' performance considering it was their first time on apparatus together. It was also good to see such a strong turnout by the various martial arts clubs and the number of spectators who stayed late into the evening to see the entire show!

nice demo! I am from Sifu Raymond Cheung's Group (Shao lin Hung Gar Association) and I was doing the lion head for the demo in my team, we left early that day as it was getting late, so it is nice to see this on video!
