In case of sage, it says ‘moderate regeneration’….it means that vought probably knows that nothing other than her brain regenerates and would have presented that info to homelander- which off course he didn’t read…

Its implied but i think Adam was trying to hit on her constantly and get her to dare him on the basis that he is her boss. You can see she was uncomfortable with him earlier in the episode

In an alternate world, he lacks advantages with his son's mother; there is no Butcher, and Homelander is battling Vought's corruption from within. He's persuading his ex-wife to let him see his son, using a bit of intimidation but no harm or force. I adore Homelander's style and outfit. Creating a Homelander who combines the traits of Clark Kent and Captain America, a good guy grappling with issues but combating his anger as Clark did, would make for an excellent role-play idea, and that's precisely what I'm doing.

In season 4 they said they paid a surrogate mother 2k, however she could’ve lied about that to cover stromfront tracks…. Vulgabon or w.e his name is lied to homelander more then once and he didn’t catch it…. It’s a possibility but as of right now homelander mom is just a nobody
