This seems like the type of thing you would only be able to find during a deep dive on the dark webs; did I accidentally tap into the dark webs?? 😅

'I'm very keen on quotes. And there's one I really like: "The good is the enemy of the best."' (20:50) It's the opposite, Mr Carr (Hahr, hahr, haaa). Montesquieu said: 'Le mieux est le mortel ennemi du bien.' ('The better is the mortal enemy of the good'). In common parlance, it's usually, 'The perfect is the enemy of the good.'

Oh I don’t think so. He certainly has a natural ‘stand up’ talent and more literally finds himself way above average quick witted, as in spontanipeous audience interaction and able to comfortably present the ‘risqué’ better than most. Whether intentional or not - haven’t researched it - have you? - he’s now drawing sell-out crowds actually looking for THAT kind of entertainment!

🤣not at all. That’s just an easy thing to say. His comedy is genius. Not all of his comedy is “below the belt” humour but it’s still funny so there goes by our theory outta the window

WHERE ARE HIS GLASSES
@daniellaumney482
@daniellaumney482 4 жыл бұрын
I was wondering the same thing. Maybe this was before he started wearing glasses. In the description box, it says this stand up video was from 2003, and I think before he started playing Moss in The IT Crowd in 2006, he played some other roles in TV programmes where he wasn’t wearing glasses. I know he was definitely wearing glasses from 2006 onwards because he was wearing them nearly all the time in The IT Crowd.
