IAD is my home airport. When flying on Polaris flights and in the lounge, I usually just walk to the buffet for my salad so I can add everything I want to my salad

I love the discipline of marathon runners/bike races. Do you ever do Tour de France ? Two of my friends are runners. Runners run pass my street during races. Keep on racing. I learned alot about how you prep for a race and things you do during races. We have Hike, Bike and Paddle here in Louisville-Ky It's Labor Day, I think

Great review! Thank you. I'll be traveling to Korea next year with my son. We will be walking in my father's foot prints and recreating pictures he took when he was in Korea during the war. So far, using google earth, his pics, archive pics, and maps, I have been able to identify 5 locations where he was at. Three of those locations I have been able to triangulate where he stood when he took his pics. Without a doubt we will be flying Korean Air.

I believe all ANA Boeing 777-300ER's have been retrofitted with The Room seat. This is for high demand routes such as SFO-NRT, JFK-NRT, LAX-NRT/HND, and (I think) LON-NRT. You'll be able to tell through the seating chart when booking online, notably in a 1-2-1 business class configuration and not fully staggered. None of the 787's have that seat, and the A380 is a special First Class seat (to and from HNL) that is similar to The Room.

Another great video my friend, I am not a fan of United anymore. They are trying but failing in stepping up their game. Delta has been my go to this last (2) years. Safe Travels!

I had two different experiences with United Polaris class. I'll let the MUC-SFO video speak for itself, but I find that the European airlines are starting to degrade in quality while US airline offerings are stepping up more. I would fly United again to Europe if the option(s) allowed me to. That stated, they don't have any comparison to any airlines from East Asia (though Korean Air is kind of on the lower in in my opinion but still a decent business class product).

United's business class lacks so much compared to other airlines. I flew Polaris from Chicago to AMS in November and the service was terrible and the food was disgusting. Thanks for sharing your experience Joseph !

US air carriers are terrible because our culture is collapsing. Asian airlines have a very specific way of doing things and their business class product is superior to virtually anything offered by the US carriers. And that includes the US carriers selection of flight attendants.

I'm headed to Bali from JFK using ANA and we'll fly to Haneda first followed by Jakarta before reaching Bali. I'll be on ANA business class and right now I'm watching your videos to research the flight. Looks really good thus far and I'm excited. Definitely going to be excited to experience the business class lounges in Haneda and Jakarta.

Hi, I hate to be negative but............I find it useful when doing a lounge review, to show the actual food/drinks available. Based on your quick walk around with the camera at a low level, I didn't see anything but pans and bowls. I have been to this lounge and found the food to be fairly good. I watched one of your other lounge walks and the same thing. I could see some hot food containers but again, there was no seeing inside them. And I guess you know that the sound quality was not very good. Maybe a remote mic that you can pin to your clothing? Anyway, just my $0.02.

Great race. No go Pro's allowed? I did not know that. I have see a few youtubers that have videoed their CM races. Maybe they were breaking the rules.

*Technically* you are not allowed to have video recording devices on the race course throughout the duration of the event - it was stated clearly in the participant guide. I didn't quite want to break that rule and potentially have a suit against me there... but the enforcement of it is very difficult with such a large event and there always will be those that will break the rules at major running events. I just don't want to be one of those people!

I believe most ANA 777-300ER's have this configuration while the 787s still have the older business class configuration - I don't recall when ANA was going to complete the modifications for all 777 aircraft.
