Controlling an arm as you transition from standing to the ground is very important for maintaining the prone position.

Wow, the defendant asked that all future appeals be waived and admitted some hard truths. I wonder what his behavior has been like over the years in custody? Perhaps this man really does have remorse. Perhaps he could be or has been rehabilitated?

There are two different views regarding the arrest of Lucas Ellerman. Here is a summary of each view: View 1: Controversial Arrest and Lawsuit According to a civil lawsuit filed by Lucas Ellerman against the City of Spokane and the two officers involved in his arrest, the arrest was controversial and involved alleged excessive force [1]. The lawsuit claims that Officers Scott and Daniel Lesser entrapped Ellerman's car against a snow bank after a vehicle pursuit. It also alleges that Officer Dan Lesser smashed Ellerman's car window, threatened to kill him, and ordered K9 Murphy to attack him despite his intention to comply with officers' instructions [1]. The lawsuit states that Ellerman suffered injuries to his head, face, and leg from the dog bites and required surgery. Ellerman is seeking damages to be determined by the court [1]. View 2: Settlement Reached In a separate development, it was reported that Lucas Ellerman reached a $49,900 settlement with the City of Spokane [2]. Ellerman had filed a lawsuit against the city, alleging that Officers Scott and Dan Lesser used excessive force during his arrest [2]. Body camera footage showed Dan Lesser making threatening statements towards Ellerman, and the dog bit Ellerman on the leg, causing an injury that required stitches [2]. The officers' methods were scrutinized in a report by Spokane Police Ombudsman Bart Logue, who concluded that they endangered themselves and others [2]. Dan Lesser resigned from the K-9 unit and was reassigned to patrol, and he was suspended for one day without pay for his use of expletives and failure to activate his body camera [2].

Seems legit to me. I don’t see any excessive force? I hear some questionable comments, but beyond that they are simply dealing correctly with an unruly suspect.

At 5:30, the building is incorrectly labelled "The Crescent Building", but is actually the building located adjacent to and immediately to the east of the Spokesman Review building on West Riverside. The Crescent Building is and always has been located at 707 West Main Street, directly north of the STA Plaza.

Spokane is another city victim to the colonization and the buildings used to be far bigger and free electricity and other stuff, you can clearly see even in the old pictures the buildings were paved over.

This is great. The Harders are amazing people, and I'm glad to call them my family. They are my cousins, and when I was young and struggling me and my grandmother and I went to stay with them for a summer. That summer turned into two years. I lived with them and took care of the ranch while they got some time to go on vacation. After that, I turned my life around, got my GED in Spokane, and later went to Trade School and now work as an IT Professional. The ranch is like my second home and I love going back and now brining my wife and children to see them.

So did this freak of nature get caught? Just saw a new news story about a family stating they had a similar incident just happen (Oct 2023), and I immediately thought of this. I'm in Clarkston, LCV 100 miles away, we've had a rash of potential home invasion attempts purportedly, I myself was working late on the computer, around 2am 2 months ago, when I hear some loud booms. I race out to the front room, holler as loud as I could, "You kick that door one more fucking time and I'm gonna shoot you thru it!" I heard someone take off, I'm not small, good shape and frankly was in fight mode, so I went right out, but whoever it was had already ducked away behind something because I looked around with a bright light, I live in a decent part of town, and I was just speechless it was even happening down here. Soon found out there been roughly 100 similar reports across the Valley. So I bought a steel reinforcement kit I installed onto my door, also added 2 internal cross bolts for additional strength because I'm obviously asleep that late, and the jerk was hitting my door very hard, cracked the frame a bit, which I also had to replace. Be safe fellow homeowners, those ring doorbells are fine, but my $150 reinforced steel door makes me feel way way safer!
