Fascinating to watch! How do you decide where to put the darkest darks? Is there a reference or are you just imagining where the darkest shadows would be. I find that really hard to do!

People say this all the time and, frankly, I don't understand. I can go outside right now and find Hooker's green and Spring green and Sap green. I can even find phthalo green. It may be more accurate to say that these greens don't really look good on watercolor paper. But they are definitely found in nature.

@@DonAndrewsAWS Yes! I do agree with that. I've just heard that these colors don't exist from about every artist on youtube. Mint leaves, some green apples, some evergreens and hollies. But yes, mostly, greens are warmer in nature.
