Thanks for this! Got my hair blown out for the first time in over 5 yrs a few days ago and its pouffing up already. Did pincurls but i think I like the volume of this better especially since my hair is thinner now. Also, im going to oil my scalp now and not feel bad lol.

@toliveanddateinla Girlllll pls do a video on how to not have ya roller set come out looking like grandmas!!!! Cuz that's what happened to me when I did it 🤣. I tried to use my large comb brush and fingers to style but honeyyyyyyy, thangs weren't sweet! Then I messed around and used too much oil so the left side of my hair was heavier and the right side was fluffier. Lol. It reminded me of how it was when I started doing my hair in middle school 🤣.

@@sstamper1368 I am cracking up!! Sis, what size rollers did you use? Also, I find it best to roll large sections instead of small ones. That way you have large bouncy sections you can easily separate with your fingers, instead of tight grandma curls. 😂

Your curls came out amazing 😍 Thank you for this tutorial. I’ve been looking for a KZbinr with the same the hair length as me to film a roller set. This definitely helped me know how to position the rollers onto my head and which direction to go. Btw I also go for side parts too!

When you wash your hair, you need to use your fingertips to scrub your scalp. That is where dirt and oil live. Then you can lightly go down the hair in one direction like you did. Then rinse and off you go.
