Here's the biggest prob w unmarked, there's not 360 viability, most civians don't know what unmarked is, just ppl trying to impersonate, u c a suspicious non traditional lightbar top car blowing a siren most woukd ignore again unmarked is confusing for most usually elderly and foreigners, as we observed thoes unmarked leaving with their lights on that's where ppl get confused about fake cops, they leaving their emergency sence not turning their lights off, forgetting is not an option on public streets, civil suits can be filed

In my opinion I belive it belongs to the SpaceX company. They use this old van as a tool for cameras and satellite for various launches. They did drive it away layer on in the broadcast I just couldn't film the whole thing!!.

its from the people who made the video (NasaSpaceFlight) the guy is filming here, they did it on purpose to mount camera's onto the van to get close ups from the launch. They were aware of the risks and knew it could get damage so they anticipated on it. they are fine with it.

It's crazy to see another unmarked GMC Terrain. That's the 4th one that I've ever seen. 2 in Utah, one in Las Vegas, and the one in this video. They also have those Jeeps in Utah as well. Most of them are either FEDS or special task force type units.

The kids look so sad. 3:26 The lady said “my baby was only 13”. 3:27 An 11 year old was shot and killed on the East side at her grandmothers house. She was playing outside. Somebody was shooting a gun in the air and the bullet hit the girl. A few years ago same thing happened to a little boy. He was playing outside and was shot & killed by a stray bullet. A lot of children are getting killed senselessly. Detroit will be nothing more than what it is now, unless the culture & mindset of people change for the better.

Good for you!! I’m glad you left instead of holding on to hope that Detroit is “coming back”. Give your kids a better environment to grow up in than Detroit. I remember your video from 7 years ago, “if you want to die move to Detroit.” Most people are not honest about Detroit or realistic. Or maybe they are oblivious to everything. I guess if you like Detroit stay. If you don’t, leave asap. Detroit COULD be more than what it is, but it’s not going to happen.

Actually dumb ass if you payed attention you would have noticed my girl had already dialed 911 when we were approaching in our vehicle then I said "No one answered 911!" So pay attention next time.
