April! Thank you for the comment. Actually the market is decelerating instead of accelerating. Instead of the market traveling at 110 mph, we are only going 80 mph. In February Naples had only 830 homes for sale. Today we have 2,170. That sounds like a ton, but in 2019 we’d average between 7,000 to 9,000 homes for sale. Blessed to sell two homes this week! Actually the owners are some of the coolest people I’ve met in 2020. Again, if you judge someone’s character by someone decorating style maybe you should reevaluate yourself as a person.
