@@boschebikesystems Widerspruch, euer Ehren. Bosch bietet mit dem Smart System die zentrale und mobile Steuerung für Fahrradfunktionen an. Für eine darin integrierte Lenkradschloss-Funktion muss ein Interface im Smart System und der Steuerelektronik (ein Elektrischer Anschluß mit Auf und Zu Funktion) von Bosch entwickelt werden. Das geht sicherlich nur mit einem anderen Zubehörpartner. Siehe Bosch ABS und Magura. Aber Bosch muss dazu initial die Produktidee entwickeln und implementieren. Dann springen die anderen Zulieferer gerne auf.

Hi, das Abziehen des Displays führt zu der Deaktivierung der Motorunterstützung. Besitzt aber beispielsweise der Dieb auch ein entsprechendes Display, kann er dein eBike wieder mit Unterstützung nutzen. Die Lock-Funktion verhindert das, indem sie deine Drive Unit als solche für jeden außer dir nutzlos macht.

In über 20 Jahren Berufserfahrung hatte ich noch keinen Fahrraddieb der entsprechende Displays immer bei sich trägt. Ein vernünftiges Schloss war bisher immer die größte Hürde und sollte primär als Schutzvorrichtung genutzt werden. Professionelle Diebe nutzen die entwendeten Fahrräder nie selbst und schlagen auf andere Art und Weise Profit aus dem Diebesgut. Das Lock system bietet dann doch nicht den erhofften Mehrwert und vermutlich wird auch dies nur eine Frage der Zeit sein ist eine Möglichkeit gefunden wurde auch dieses System zu umgehen. Hallo, mit der eBike Connect App verbindest du dein Bosch Nyon-Display via Bluetooth mit deinem Smartphone. Mit Hilfe der Smartphone-App veränderst du die Einstellungen deines eBikes, überträgst sekundenschnell deine geplanten Routen auf dein Display oder nutzt Premium-Funktionen wie den zusätzlichen Dieb­stahl­schutz eBike Lock.

Hallo Stefan, mit der eBike Flow App kann jeweils nur ein eBike verbunden werden. Du kannst allerdings deine beiden Räder nacheinander verbinden und für jedes eBike individuelle Einstellungen vornehmen. Mehr dazu kannst du hier nachlesen: bos.ch/hnphy4w

@@boschebikesystems Die URL funktioniert bei mir leider nicht. Vermutlich handelt es sich um die bekannte FAQ zum Thema, diese kenne ich schon. Mit diesem sehr umständlichen Workaround bekommt man aber nur die Statistiken vom zuletzt verbundenen Rad. Das Bosch Connect Module im ersten Rad kann so auch nicht verwendet werden, oder? Ist das erste Rad dann wieder für neue Kopplungen frei, d.h. kann dann theoretisch jeder mit Zugang zum Rad eine neu Verbindung herstellen und damit z.B. das Rad sperren? Diese wichtigen Details werden leider nirgends beantwortet. Weiterhin hätte ich gerne alle möglichen Features mit jedem von mir gekauften Rad (Navigation, Statistiken, Konfiguration, Alarm usw. ) ohne jedesmal ein Rad zu entfernen und das andere neu zu verbinden. Die Vorgängersoftware konnte mehrere Bikes verwalten. Wann wird das in Flow verfügbar?

Hello baldijo, In general, you have the possibility to log in to different smartphones with the same Flow App account (same credentials). If you want to save your activities on different smartphones in the same account one after the other, ensure the following points: logged into the app on both smartphones with the same account data, to change the smartphone start a new pairing with the "new" smartphone and make sure that the "old" smartphone is not in the immediate area or delete the eBike from the Bluetooth settings of the "old" smartphone. Please also note that only one smartphone can be connected to the eBike at the same time.

Wir führen keine Art von Liste, welche Herzfrequenzmesser unterstützt werden und bitten daher um Verständnis, dass wir dir daher keine Liste zusenden werden. Haben wir gemacht er finde die Polar H10 nicht! Verwirrend: Die Herzfrequenz wurde schon einige Zeit vorher wie beschrieben eingerichtet, dann war’s plötzlich, ohne etwa verändert zu haben, weg. Und jetzt findet das System die H10 nicht!!! Auf dem Handy ist H10 per Bluetooth verbunden!

Hallo, um einen Herzfrequenzmesser mit unserem System zu koppeln bedarf es folgenden Standards: Bluetooth SIG Standard und Bluetooth Herzfrequenz-Profil 1.0. Bitte teste über die Flow App (eBike Einstellungen -> eBike Pass -> Komponenten -> Neues Gerät hinzufügen), ob eine Kopplung mit deiner Smartwatch möglich ist. Leider können wir zur Kompatibilität einzelner Smartwatches, Gurte oder Bänder keine Aussage treffen.

Hello davegrice9546, the metrics means simply km/h or mph/h and you can set this in the flow app settings. As for the actual speed you want to see on the screen - you just have to start riding the eBike, then you will see the current speed.

The components of the Bosch eBike systems 2 (your Purion) and the smart system are not compatible with each other. For example, you cannot retrofit your Bosch eBike system 2 eBike with the LED Remote, Kiox 300/Kiox 500, Purion200 or PowerTube 750.

Also - you can't see the heart rate in the Flow App after the ride. The Flow App can only display the heart rate during the ride on the Kiox 300 or on the riding screen on your phone.

Hello MrHaihui , In this situation you probably need to update your eBike. Then - changing the language is available in: My eBike - My Purion - settings - Langauge. Purion 200 supports the following languages: English, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Swedish, Danish, Polish, Czech and Norwegian. With eBike Connect you have the option of managing multiple bikes in the app. If multiple bikes are running under one account, the activities are displayed together and it is not stated which bike the activities were created with. However, the navigation can be used to its full extent.
