Powerful stuff here. Thanks for sharing. Where did Elon learn this approach?

Kudos for the update to come back to where you were in your requirement list after closing a requirement or clicking on the list button on top. 👍

What everyone's gonna ask for is a video demo, we want to know how practical is this going to be? how comprehensive will be blue print design? does it even make blueprints? if not, and if it only gives specs of the final build, then people are going to be let down, because Chat GPT with a couple prompts could probably do the same thing. You need a system that can really create valid designs. That being said I'm stoked I really excited to see where this goes.

Great information. I can't believe it for the quick and present approach to design reports and the systematic nature of these AI approaches, etc. After seeing that, I am frozen. So Really, I have no words from me... Thanks for sharing.

It's the anti military chain of command and the delusional idea a large corporation can continue to function like a startup. The bigger the org the more structure it needs, structure requires accountability that requires a rigid chain of command and all of this well established... Can you really have a company of say even 20,000 employees and let them all make management level decisions with budget and have someone with a Ph.D unloading trucks? There's investors/shareholders you're accountable to as CEO to be good Stewarts of the investment. So I'd like to hear someone explain why having a someone with a Doctorate degree in Science, costing say $250,000/year should be asked to do unloading, change lightbulbs, clean toilets', etc.. It's not a matter of humility, but one of being efficient with spending... With budgeting, do you really want to trust someone fresh out of college with a CS degree or say Electrical Engineering degree with zero background in business making budget decisions? There's this utopian concept of "only hire really bright people who are swiss army knifes of utility" and the practical reality that it's impossible to build a large corporation with those types. For startups having each individual able to wear many hats is critical, for large corporations trying to force that model is doomed.

Once you've created a requirement, how do you go back and edit it to assign it to a component?
@valispace2541
@valispace2541 Жыл бұрын
Inside of Valispace a Component is linked to a Requirement by means of adding a Verification Method (VM) to it. VMs establish a basic connection between the 'what do we want to verify' (a Requirement) to 'where do we want to verify it' (a Component). In this regard the VM serves as the 'how do we want to verify it'. There are 5 default VMs in Valispace but customized VMs can also be added by the User. Please check out the following link for further insights on our documentation page: docs.valispace.com/vhd/verifications-within-valispace

Can you add units for data communications rates? I can fudge a method by adding a data packet frame rate in Hz. And antennae have dB but MBps would help tpp
@valispace2541
@valispace2541 Жыл бұрын
Valispace incorporates all SI units (check out this link for info: docs.valispace.com/vhd/units-and-automatic-unit-conversions). In this specific example you can for instance create a Vali with the unit bit/s or byte/s. Additionally, you can add prefixes (K, M, G etc.) for the order of magnitude. Valispace will take care of the unit conversion from byte to Megabyte. It is also possible to add custom units to Valispace. Please get into contact with us for further assistance on that topic under [email protected]
