he's fighting a infection in his crop area so he's on some medications to help clear it up but it's taking longer as some bacteria's take longer to clear up than others.

@@AbaddonHades I hope the meds clear it up. You have a beautiful bird! Have they tested for AGY or Aspergillosis? My lovebird is sick. It’s been a tough battle for us. ❤️

@@mindylee7488 yes they ran a whack of tests for all sorts of viral infections, diseases etc. his results mostly come back as negative not positive for anything. Just some type of yeast/fungal infection that is taking longer to get rid of as they can be tricky. Abaddon too bad a bad infection as a baby and he was on medication for over a year but so far he’s been clear for years so hopefully after next months recheck for Fabio we will have some news.

No they cannot live together, they only get supervised out time where they can interact under supervision. You can own both species & keep in separate cages. Not all birds will get along, you never know until you have multiple birds. Our flock is made up of 6 birds and not everyone can be out at the same time due to fighting, bigger bird will try and kill the smaller birds, etc.
