I'm currently going through the equivalent of a cat. 6 hurricane. I'm really sick and everyone I care about is currently experiencing a medical emergency. I'm typically the go to person for them during these times and I can't this time. I refuse to take my eyes off of God this time. I'm listening to this song on repeat because it reminds me of what I need at this time. I am currently praising Him in my storm!❤

I haven't celebrated Christmas in years, since my beloved adopted son was brutally murdered on the very Eve of Christmas. This song was in my head while I was working on my custodial job at an elementary school, which I attended when I was much younger than I am now; not this version by Casting Crowns, but an earlier version when it first came out on a record in my childhood days. While remembering this song, I could feel my heart breaking, because of events in the past several weeks, especially the election. I admit that there are days of darkness ahead, and it does concern me deeply. I fear for our nation specifically, and the rest of the world. I can only pray that God will be with us, and help us throughout all our days. Thank God I am saved; these days and times will not be easy.

The mom of my son was seduced by her boss from singapore. Head of their brand. My partner fall for him because she was satisfied sexually. Now she lies to everyone and i am painted as the crazy one. But i realised doing bad things to correct what she did is not the right thing to do. I will just continue to be better and let our god do something about it. In gods perfect time.
