The first things that should have been built are commercial high rise buildings for businesses to move their headquarters then residential demand will explode. Why build condo towers when there is not much else going on. Don’t compare to a modern city like Dubai until u can provide world class amenities such as rail line that transports citizens from business districts to residential areas

What the heck, the Eko City Is still almost empty for 15 years, just imagine when you are living here, at the rate of the construction you will hear construction activity/noise in your entire life. It might take at least 50 years to fill up the area.

Advice: 1) Stop the phonetic accent. 2) Don't overhype. We will be the judge and most of us are not that daft. As for (1), the top African KZbinrs like Wode Maya, African Tigress, Tayo Aina and co do not use some funky accents. Even Aproko Doctor get subscribers because of his strong Naija guy accent usage. We love to hear African accents.
