E-numbers are just numbers assigned to food additives, that can be anything from oxygen to dyes, some completely harmless, some not so much, look up the E numbers, instead of calling all E-numbers bad

Emulsifiers fall into the same category of tobacco and alcohol its not dangerous yes but , the prolonged use of this product can lead to a very serious health problem

natural does not mean safe. and some food agencies (notably the FDA) don't even certify additives. For example those vegetable oils everyone touts, come from the small seeds, and in their processing they are completely oxidised (oxidative stress is bad for your long term health).
