I have two questions how can I create a player rating or turn a madden rating into a point spread equivalent?? Also how can I turn I turn a decimal rating (let’s say 99.30) to a point spread equivalent??

One of the things you have taught us is that when there's a big change in spread it's usually a public move and because of recency bias, the spread will also change, so I was wondering with Kansas City Chiefs losing their main running back, which is what i assume is the main reason for the spread going from -4 to PK in favor of Atlanta Falcons, but also Falcons beating the Eagles may have also played a part in it. Personally, I'm just going to fade that game but how should interpret moments like this where spreads move because of recency bias as well public moves?

Howdy. Sorry for random message, but on CBS Sports App, Patriots ATS line went from +9 to +9.5 📈, but Bengals money line went from -481 to -441 📉...why would point spread shift one way, but money line shifts another way? Hope this makes sense on what I'm asking.
