Batman's a beast in EQE and EQM especially in the Knight. (Also refer to newest comments for every reply from me) Batman in The Knight comic lost his parents to a criminal Joe Chill, and he made a vow to honor them and get vengeance however, in order to do this, he needed to be the best at everything (His words not mine.) this drive accelerated his learning speed as he was able to beat the World's best fencer in only 2 weeks on training in by him while only being in France for a short amount of time, the fact that he did this in only 2 weeks is impressive, especially since this person was the best fencer in the entire world, this also means he had to learn from Criminals (Which he did) to know their ways and how to act like a criminal, basically Bruce had to manage his emotions because he hates criminals because they're the same people that killed his family, just some nobody criminal, but Bruce was able to use this to his advantage completely, because this would give anyone PTSD. (Bruce does have PTSD after all, we know this for a fact because in a Batwoman comic, Bruce was driven to a state of shock when Batwoman used the exact gun and bullet type that killed Bruce's parents and that's how she kind of beat Batman.) So, the fact Bruce was able to engage his emotions and manage his emotions (Like anger, disgust etc.) to learn and become the best even if he learns it from a Criminal, makes it even more impressive. In addition to his EQE and EQM (Intra) being carried when he learned how to control his brain to the point where he doesn't feel pain, when Dr. Daniel Captio used a Scalpel to slice his chest, and Bruce didn't react nor feel a thing, or when he engaged his emotions once more to learn how to since and feel the shifts in nature to predict animals' patterns, to the point he shot a bird midflight casually with just a bow and arrow (He learned this from a Mongolian.) and when Dr. Daniel Caption taught him how to create split personality aka back up personality manually/at will in case his default one is compromised in any shape or form somehow. Batman the Knight is literally carried by EQE and EQM (Intra) because of his Vengeance and desire to seek vengeance for his parents. (It technically started after his parents died.) Batman's EP is very strong as well, since it's stated in Batman 1940 issue 663 that he can smell emotions predominantly fear or in Batman 2016 issue 70 he smelled scarecrows because he smelled his fear. Batman's best Emotional Understanding feat would come from Batman vol.3 issue 147+ with his Zur en arhh strategy/plan. (EQE and EQM especially on the Intra side is Bruce's best cat. For inter his best cat would be Jessica Cruz incident.) In Justice League 2011 issue 33 Batman calms and manages Jessica Cruz (Who was empowered by the Lantern Ring to make her darkest fear, which is agoraphobia come to life, and turn her into an instrument of destruction, Batman was able to completely manage her emotions while the ghosts of the rings power which is empowered by Jessica's fears and shit, and was basically mind-fucking her) (It just took Bruce a couple of seconds at most to completely release her of her fears) (Broken Inter-Em.) Now for Batman's Logical reasoning well as for Deductive reasoning with a little bit of intuition, in Trinity issue 2 Bruce noticed something very wrong about his city that being Gotham i.e. he was in a different dimension that was supposed to completely come across as his city, Bruce literally deduced that he was in a different dimension just by Gotham City being off and then figured out the right word to get out of the dimension successfully in only 3+seconds; that word was no. Also in Batman World's Finest issue 10 Batman, Robin, and Superman find themselves in a pocket dimension with hundreds (literally) of magic floating doors and they would all open and close simultaneously so fast and shit Superman had a brief time keeping up with it, Batman deduced that they had a pattern almost instantly and he can't know there's a pattern if he didn't scan all of the magic doors to sooo yeah. (These weren't just deductive reasoning stunts.) In JLA classified issue 15, Bruce in seconds calculates the time it'll take for 63+ missiles that were released to reach the JL he used physics to calculate it simultaneously, so maybe abductive and inductive reasoning (Or all Logical reasoning cats) As for Joker well for manipulation his Killer smile comic feat, Harleen 2019 comic feat and The 3 Jokers (Which he basically indirect manipulated Batman to accept and forgive Joe Chill so he can get past his trauma and focus on him further, which is also broken inter-em on Joker's part, basically Joker created the 3 Jokers and manipulated/persuaded them into thinking that the best way to create a pure Joker is to make someone like Joe Chill the next Joker, as this is part of the real Joker's plan for the Joker's to instigate a kidnapping gof Joe Chill and make him a Joker so that Batman can save him while simultaneously getting Joe Chill's true secrets on the wayne family and his thoughts on them so Batman can listen while in the process of saving Joe Chill, which would also have Batman forgive Joe Chill, the same person who gave him PTSD and the reason why Bruce does what he does, we know that Bruce forgave him because well he said so and he was by his death bad when his last days were coming to an end because he had cancer. This gives Joker Broken Inter-em indirect manipulation, Emotional understanding, Emotional Engagement because Joker wanted Bruce to let go of his trauma and make sure he is the one he should be focusing on, he wants to be the one that's in Bruce's head not Joe Chill, essentially Joker gave Bruce indirect therapy. EQE and EU + Intra-Em would be Joker creating 3 split personalities of himself which he was taught by through Daniel Captio's teachings, which is the real reason how Joker doesn't feel pain at all which is also Broken AQ, especially in Batman/Superman World's Finest issue 24 Lex has Joker hold on to an ancient artifact that would make any person in the world go insane, and Joker was able to hold it casually and read it because if you read it, then you can go insane this is broken mental fortitude from Joker. Joker's best plan/strategy is his 4-year long plan to unleash Zur en Arhh within Batman which was EQE because he had to engage his emotions obviously in different ways like torturing the Batfamily instigating Jason Todd's false death because Joker let him live knowing he'll be Batman's greatest failure in addition to the Black Glove incident, Death Family incident etc. All of these were planned out by Joker to unleash Batman's true mode, that being Zur en Arhh.) Joker's 4-year Zur En Arhh awakening plan/strategy: (This is canon continuity Joker and Batman vol.3 annual 146 reveal of this plan)/strategy) Basically, Joker throughout the pasy years has been messing with Batman with the attempts to unleash his Zur en arhh stage (Personality, as he was informed of this personality by Dr. Daniel Captio, the same man who trained Joker and Batman on how to create split personalities and control their brain to the point they can't feel any pain whatsoever) throughout Joker's career to breaking Jason Todd and leaving him for dead but intentionally leaving him alive so Jason Todd can become Batman's greatest failure knowing Jason would be broken in the process and seek vengeance and go beyond Batman's moral code and kill people i.e. hurting Batman (That's one step of his plan at least, but it has to be subtle and climbing the ranks exponentially) which Joker basically hinted in The 3 Jokers when Joker mentioned that it was basically his plan to leave him alive. (As Dr. Daniel Captio said Joker likes to keep his playthings alive and people are still alive because he simply allows them to be alive) Anyhow, this would also begin with the black glove incident and Killing Joke incident so Joker can push Batman even further, (Note, Joker brought out Batman's Zur personality with the Black Glove incident that was orchestrated by him but Batman went back to his original form once more, because Joker wants to fight with the pure form of Batman, the one that doesn't have a mortal code, and he was willing to break his family in the process if that meant him doing so, but in a calculative manner) and then we have Joker's plan in Death of the Family which is breaking Batman even further. And this was the breaking point for Batman, and this is how Joker saw Zur en Arhh once more.....even though he got his back broken in the fight but before Zur could kill him, Joker used the word to stop Zur, a word that Captio taught to Joker since he thought it was a failsafe to calm Zur down which it did to an extent, but that's within Captio's plan as well) (Planning versatility, Planning length, processing, preparation, Contingency, invincibility, Anticipation/Prediction, EQU, EQE, Inter-Em, fabrication, falsification, misdirection, acting skills, mass deception, Emotional manipulation, learning ability, indirect manipulation, Strategy effectiveness, efficiency, adaptability, foresight etc.) (Joker's best planning feat as of right now)

As for Joker's Learning ability it stems from Dr. Daniel Captio teaching him how to control his brain to not feel pain at all (That's how Joker isn't able to feel pain, like getting his face removed by Pyg even though Pyg was the one operating on him which made the surgery more efficient) in addition to creating 3 split-personalities that Joker can switch to at will and Captio noted how he learned as fast as Bruce (Even faster since he embraced the darkness) (For more in-depth explanation of his learning ability you can refer to @CeruleanEyesOfValor KZbin and community post of his recent explanation of Yuuichi's learning ability and how it correlates to his split-personality, and how this boosts Joker's Memory and learning ability in the long-run. Because Joker is able to navigate through his split-personalities memories which is basically impossible to do in real life for people with DID (Dissociative identity Disorder)

For more in-depth detail on his strategy/planning, (Batman's strategy/planning) well it's the Zur en Arhh strategy/plan. In Batman vol. 2 annual issue 148, Batman beat Zur en arhh with his plan to have Jason Todd killed in the process which was staged intentionally by both of them, as part of their plan, because Batman knew that Failsafe was always supposed to be a contingency if Batman ever went too far i.e. killing and he knew that His split-personality wouldn't be able to override its original program, all he could do is layer his consciousness over the original programming of FailSafe, this way he killed Zur en arhh by indirectly manipulating the situation he was in to have Jason killed by Zur en arhh, but also make it look real and staged well, then afterwards Dr. Daniel Captio the smartest man in the world aka the man that knows Batman like at the back of his hand, Daniel starts beating on Bruce only for Bruce to smile because he anticipated all of this and his intentions were to have himself killed by Zur en arhh so it can reactivate him and Jason because he had a piece of Lazurus gen and shit that would bring him and Jason back to life etc. etc. Note Batman stated that Zur en arhh knows all of his moves, knows how he thinks etc. yet still got outsmarted.) For Joker's manipulation feats, you can refer to Harleen comic 2019, (Goes into depth on Joker's emotional manipulation, seduction, Social engagement, Relationship-Management, Social skills, Social ability, Social awareness, guilt-tripping and gaslighting of Harley Quinn) Batman vol.1 annual issue 39 where Joker deceived 6 psychiatrist into believing his origin story on how he became Joker and they fell for it everytime, even one psychiatrist writing a book about that origin story, (Even the Psychiatrist know how deceptive Joker can be but his stories are just so believable, even Joker stated that he just told them what they wanted to hear, in other words, Joker knew what story they would role with and believe because he knows what they want to be Joker's origin story, which is broken See through people, EP, EQU, etc. He even made the 6th psychiatrist kill herself after she killed the 5 inmates and she used the last bullet on herself to kill herself in the process, with the Revolver that Joker gave her.) (Emotional manipulation, EQU, EQE; Because Joker is capable of engaging his emotions in such a way that can manipulate psychiatrists into believing his story because he knows exactly what story they want to hear, which means he's putting himself in there shoes to engage his emotions in such a way that'll be deceptive. Batman's a beast in EQE and EQM especially in The Knight. Batman in The Knight comic lost his parents to a criminal Joe Chill, and he made a vow to honor them and get vengeance however, to do this, he needed to be the best at everything (His words not mine.) this drive accelerated his learning speed as he was able to beat the World's best fencer in only 2 weeks on training in by him while only being in France for a short amount of time, the fact that he did this in only 2 weeks is impressive, especially since this person was the best fencer in the entire world, this also means he had to learn from Criminals (Which he did) to know their ways and how to act like a criminal, basically Bruce had to manage his emotions because he hates criminals because they're the same people that killed his family, just some nobody criminal, but Bruce was able to use this to his advantage completely because this would give anyone PTSD. (Bruce does have PTSD after all, we know this for a fact because in a Batwoman comic, Bruce was driven to a state of shock when Batwoman used the exact gun and bullet type that killed Bruce's parents and that's how she kind of beat Batman.) So, the fact Bruce was able to engage his emotions and manage his emotions (Like anger, disgust, etc.) to learn and become the best even if he learns it from a Criminal, makes it even more impressive. In addition to his EQE and EQM (Intra) being carried when he learned how to control his brain to the point where he doesn't feel pain, when Dr. Daniel Captio used a Scalpel to slice his chest, and Bruce didn't react nor feel a thing, or when he engaged his emotions once more to learn how to since and feel the shifts in nature to predict animals' patterns, to the point he shot a bird midflight casually with just a bow and arrow (He learned this from a Mongolian.) and when Dr. Daniel Caption taught him how to create split personality aka back up personality manually/at will in case his default one is compromised in any shape or form somehow. Batman the Knight is literally carried by EQE and EQM (Intra) because of his Vengeance and desire to seek vengeance for his parents. (It technically started after his parents died.) Batman's EP is very strong as well, since it's stated in Batman 1940 issue 663 that he can smell emotions predominantly fear or in Batman 2016 issue 70 he smelled scarecrows because he smelled his fear. Batman's best Emotional Understanding feat would come from Batman vol.3 issue 147+ with his Zur en arhh strategy/plan. (EQE and EQM especially on the Intra side is Bruce's best cat. For inter his best cat would be Jessica Cruz incident.) In Justice League 2011 issue 33 Batman calms and manages Jessica Cruz (Who was empowered by the Lantern Ring to make her darkest fear, which is agoraphobia come to life, and turn her into an instrument of destruction, Batman was able to completely manage her emotions while the ghosts of the rings power which is empowered by Jessica's fears and shit, and was basically mind-fucking her) (It just took Bruce a couple of seconds at most to completely release her of her fears) (Broken Inter-Em.) Also in Batman World's Finest issue 10 Batman, Robin, and Superman find themselves in a pocket dimension with hundreds (literally) of magic floating doors and they would all open and close simultaneously so fast and shit Superman had a brief time keeping up with it, Batman deduced that they had a pattern almost instantly and he can't know there's a pattern if he didn't scan all of the magic doors to sooo yeah. (These weren't just deductive reasoning stunts.)
