No disrespect intended. I have a question about the workout. I do normal reps over my head. What is the point of jerking up one rep? ( Again, I'm asking because I do not know. All serious question.)

A rep is one single movement like a pushup. A set of 30 reps is 30 pushups. 2 sets is 60 pushups. 3 sets is 90 pushups.

I doubt it. Cause his body is moving downwards, it's not like he is lifting something upwards where his spine should be straight. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

For the people that want to see this movie. It is called "Der Untergang" and it might be the best world war picture ever. Bruno Ganz's performance is just impeccable. Spoilers: it will ruin every video like this.

At 1:59, when you say "I've never found much use for the safety rails"....do you mean YOU specifically don't use them (if so, then what safety mechanism do you use when doing heavy squats/ bench presses), or do you mean the customers in your gym don't use them at all?

Thanks for the vid, I'm trying to get my form down to avoid injury. Should I be feeling a tightness in my lower back? It doesn't hurt and feels like a muscle is being worked but I want to be careful because I had back issues a couple years back. Thanks in advance

+Lizah Escobar If you've previously had bother with your back then you should have seeked medical advice before you started to workout.
@Escobar7208 жыл бұрын
+propanobend I don't want that on my medical record when it wasn't permanent because if I get one at my current job they'd say it was from before.

Good vid. My preference is low bar squat because helps with deadlift form; keeping my back straight to be specific.

High bar the bar is on top of your traps (higher up your back), you generally go very low on this squat. Low bar squat is when the bar is positioned on top of your rear delts (lower on your back) If you have a bad back try getting a person trainer to teach you propper form or see a doctor/chiropractor.

Thanks for the review. I'm debating to get this for $100 or a power rack for $400 that i can use for pull-ups, dips, bench press and for safety.
