This saw blade is very sturdy, and the blade screws have been designed to tighten against the rotation of the shaft. This means the more the blade cuts, the more secure it becomes. We deeply appreciate and thank you for your encouraging words. We will strive to work even more efficiently.

In the USA I would hate to see the ticket of being over weight and the extra cost of each axle! For both trucks but especially for the truck hauling the loader! I have watched all of the people working so hard in the videos on this channel. A lot of people will never get to experience this kind of work. Just trying to make a living for themselves and their families. If you made a deck for the cut off saw it would have great results. Even loading the logs off the loader would cause less chance for an injury. Look at a deck for a sawmill. Just 3 to 4 supports for holding the loaf up so they can be rolled down to be cut. An automatic wood splitting set up… where the logs are pulled into a saw for the cut off before being spit… I know it takes money to make improvements and the owner wanting to make more money helps… just trying to help.. I know how it is to get hurt so badly your whole life changes and not for the better. I was severely hurt and 1992.i was 25 and it more or less changed my life. My right knee was messed up and my lower back with my SI joints were damaged. Just trying to keep from someone else being injured and living with chronic pain… 👍🏻🇺🇸🫡

Wow! Proportionately, those are the longest loader arms I’ve ever seen on a machine that size. Obviously it provides some extra lifting height.

It’s used to make plywood for a lot of different things. It’s glued together and then pressed together to make different pieces of plywood. To make plywood furniture, like chair arms to all kinds of different things. It can be pressed together into molds to flat surfaces at different thickness. They were grading the peels to see what would make number 1,2 and smaller strips. The number 1 is the surface and two are used for fillings. Depending on the quality of the plywood being made. Some has no holes in the filler sheets but most has some holes. Depends on the type of plywood being made and it’s what it’s being used for. Hope this helps? 👍🏻🇺🇸🫡
