Hi, both works. The one with whipping cream will be sweeter compared to the fresh cream one. Ganache with fresh cream will have a rich flavour and silky smooth texture. I use fresh cream these days.😊

Hi, both sourdough starter and this works similar in a receipe but this one has additional ingredients like honey and curd in it.

I have made this cake around 10 times, and it has turned out perfect every single time. You can blindly go for it. I swear. It is the best and easiest cake sponge recipe. One tip is that you can put the sponge in plastic wrap and freeze it for around five hours and then, use cream or gnash on it. This will make the sponge even more moist and fluffy.
