during the main verse part the guitar is playing Eb major, Ab major, C minor, and then F major. The chorus sounds like some sort of D diminished triad going into an upper register Eb power chord. Then it goes back into the intro lead (Bb Bb Bb Bb Bb Bb Bb C A A A A A A A A). The guitarist is tuned a half step down to Eb.
