Very good movie. Much better than the crap that is on tv.

I stay out of the way of both the crime gangs and the government agents supposedly there to stop them. **In practice, it's like watching two biker gangs fight it out.

@CinemaCoded I used to love the fall as a kid, which was strange because that's when school started, and I hated school. As an adult, I discovered Spring - new life coming back!

SO MANY characters seem miscast!! Makes you wonder what was going on in Hollywood at the time, that this was the best they could put together. I DO like the guy they chose for Tunstall though!!

One can just look at the gorgeously perfect face of Jean Seberg and write poetry. I still ache inside for her untimely demise. Besides this gem of a movie, she is also highly watchable in the Mervyn LeRoy production of 'Moment to Moment' in which she starred with Honor Blackman, Arthur Hill and the handsome Sean Garrison. I don't like people nit-picking, trying to find flaws in well-nigh perfect movies. See this picture once and it will resonate for months and years.

The French style never changed ,everyone sleeps with everyone and remain friends .A society with no morals ,no shame ,a society where there is no longer religion, people just live together without getting married till they find someone else to perpetuate the feeling of love that happens at the beginning of every relationship.

How idealists see world without seeing/ knowing the world, thinking somewhere world is not cold hard selfish merciless ,it’s same world of profits greed circles of string pullers or no work done or no getting job placement everywhere, there is no place left in world where you cannot see mismanaged systems strangulating lives

This is so sad. It's just ashamed that this happens because people are so selfish and self-centered that they think they can pull this off and get away with it. It's no different, even in short term affairs. In the end someone always gets hurt. No one thinks about the other person.
