Great song. Don’t know what happened to PJ, but they just can’t write good music anymore. And Vedder is a huge douche these days.

When we first came here We were cold and we were clear With no colours on our skin We were light and paper thin And when we first came here We were cold and we were clear With no colours in our skin Until we let the spectrum in Say my name And every colour illuminates We are shining And we will never be afraid again Say my name As every colour illuminates We are shining And we will never be afraid again Say my name As every colour illuminates We are shining And we will never be afraid again And when we come for you We'll be dressed up all in blue With the ocean in our arms Kiss your eyes and kiss your palms And when it's time to pray We'll be dressed up all in grey With metal on our tongues And silver in our lungs Say my name And every colour illuminates We are shining And we will never be afraid again Say my name As every colour illuminates We are shining And we will never be afraid again Say my name As every colour illuminates We are shining And we will never be afraid again And when we come back we'll be dressed in black And you'll scream our names aloud And we won't eat and we won't sleep We'll drag bodies from the ground So say my name And every colour illuminates And we are shining And we will never be afraid again Say my name As every colour illuminates Say my name As every colour illuminates We are shining And we will never be afraid again Say my name As every colour illuminates We are shining And we will never be afraid again Say my name We are shining Say my name Say my name And we will never be afraid again

I was today years old when I learned Neil Young did the lead guitar for this wonderful song. Been loving it since it was released 2000. Double sad my dad is no longer around to appreciate it, he knew this song, and Neil Young was just about his favorite of all time.

@@missj2596 The point is that you CAN'T. You've been priced out of that experience. Meanwhile what was once an opportunity for true fans to get together in celebration of an band that they liked, has turned into a photo-op for selfies by extremely rich people who are just there to flex.

Our local radio station had a march madness bracket type tournament but with guitar heroes. Mr. Young took out all the heavy hitters. I believe the winner was Like a Hurricane. I saw him solo also. The crowd all singing along to Sugar Mountain was one of my best concert memories.

The handshake seals the contract From the contract there's no turning back The turning point of a career In Korea, being insincere The holiday was fun packed The contract: still intact The grabbing hands grab all they can All for themselves after all It's a competitive world Everything counts in large amounts The graph on the wall Tells the story of it all Picture it now see just how The lies and deceit Gained a little more power Confidence taken in By a sun tan and a grin The grabbing hands grab all they can All for themselves after all It's a competitive world Everything counts in large amounts The grabbing hands grab all they can Everything counts in large amounts...
