Honestly I feel like raw vegan primarily risks getting too *little* calories, not too much. But then again, I'm naturally skinny.

If you swallow 100g of peanuts, how much calories is that? If you wait till the peanuts are excreted in the feces, wash them and then swallow them again, are those magical peanuts? A calorie is a measurement of heat and is not relevant to bio-chemistry.

Soja und Erzeugnisse daraus esse ich persönlich nicht. Alles, was verarbeitet ist, sehe ich nicht wirklich als Nahrung an. Kochen kommt schon gar nicht in Frage, weil dadurch sämtliche Nährstoffe zerstört werden und Giftstoffe entstehen. Ich persönlich möchte das nicht in meinem Körper. Rohes Obst & Gemüse sind optimal. Jede Spezies auf der Erde isst unverarbeitete, rohe Nahrung, alles andere macht kein Sinn. Aber jeder darf ja selbst entscheiden, was er in seinen Körper gibt und aus was seine Zellen gebaut werden sollen. ;)

Calories do matter! If you consume more than you need, you will gain weight, that´s common sense. Let me know if you have specific questions on that topic and I can make a video.

As a clinical Nutritionist, fat is ESSENTIAL. It's called EFA'S ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS. Just as protein is Essential Amino Acids. You do you but if you are always thinking about food there is probably no life purpose or any kind of passion in your life. We eat to live not the other way around. But food addiction is a common thing in todays world, kind of sad. Life is so much more than just food...

Freelee never promoted stuffing oneself she always said eat as much as you care for, which means satisfying your hunger. She did videos where she ate so much to simply prove the myth of carbs making someone fat. If you eat the right food it gives you the energy to want to move to exercise and adding plain sugar to meals is ok because it boosts calorie intake so you don’t have to eat such a big meal and for me it helps with alertness and stamina throughout the day. Sugar is more of a supplement than anything else.

@@Coach_Jose Actually, nowhere in the Bible are they called deadly sins, and no where in the scriptures are they compiled into one list. The “7 deadly sins” come from a pope named Pope Gregory I, who in 600 A.D., compiled a list of 7 biblical sins and called them deadly.

In my case I couldn't find any fruit or veggie that taste better than pizza and fries. Another problem is that I cannot see the results fast enough. When I switched from vegetarian to vegan I see the results in 2 weeks: no more acnee, no dandruff, zero menstrual pain, no constipation. When I switched to raw vegan, I barely can see any result. Psoriasis is still there, bloating still there no matter if I eat cooked vegan or raw. 😢

You need to change your taste buds. It´s not you who crave pizza and Co. it´s te bacteria in your gut. They must die and then you don´t want to eat anything else than fruits and veggies. Once the bad bacteria are dead, pizza will appear disgusting to you. For me pizza is not even food. You can also make raw vegan pizza for the transitioning phase. I have recipes on my channel. Also, for how long have you tried the raw vegan diet. You can´t expect things to change over night if you ate the wrong things your whole life. Consistency is key, you need to be patient.

@@lenalalune_ I tried for the past 1 year to become raw, eating 7 to 10 days raw each month, than I go back eating raw till dinner for the last 4 years, Freelee style. I don't have patience for a normal pizza to be cooked. My fiance is doing it. Waiting 10 hours for a raw pizza is not an option at all. Sometimes I feel like it's pointless when I see people thriving and healing by eating more cooked foods than I do, like Caroline Deisler, Durian Rider, Get fit with Natasha, Beata Lipska, Freelee. I think it could be something more than just the food in order to heal.

From a nutrition science standpoint, your video doesn’t make any sense. We aren’t cats, true, but we aren’t cows either, we don’t have four stomachs to subsist on raw foods exclusively. Some vegetables will only yield their best nutrients when cooked. Don’t believe me? Catch up on nutrition science.

Yes, I agree - it has a lot to do with how people see themselves and self-worth. I have struggled with this trying to stay raw and vegan; generational trauma keeps the problem going ... humans must break this chain now ! 🙏 It saddens me a lot to see the many YT carnivore channels (many are from USA), I don't know how people can eat that way, it made me feel terrible and aged me a lot too ! plus the high cost of eating so much meat and animal products, with such a low and cruel vibration.

Thank you for making this video! It's something I've always thought a lot about and I still get frustrated when people ask me if I ever missed meat, or cheese and bad stuff like that, and then act like I'm missing out on something when all they get out of those foods is *instant gratification*... it's crazy how common is it to value taste over all else, including health

Im old school. Raw vegan. I love the new low fat raw people...i do like high fat. I draw the line of a recipe has 4c nuts though. 😋 the good old days one cake 10 thai coconuts. I love dehydrators but so expensive dries air. Spirrooli used to be paper thin. Champion made nut meats. No nut meats anymoreve 80 10 10 but not all the time. You need "bread and cheez " for people to stay raw w you like family. Cant ignore sprouts. Dont count calories w sprouts youll be 😢.

I bought a durian for the first time today. I didnt really know what to look for so I picked 1 that hadn't cracked open yet thinking it would be fresher. Unfortunately i have to wait to taste it 😢 it smells so yummy from the outside though 😋

Please go to my "What I eat in a day" videos for more details. I eat twice a day, lunch at 1pm, breakfast depends. I stop eating between 2 and 2:30 pm. But I do have green juice in the evening or tea, so I don´t know if you want to consider that intermittent fasting!?

For me spirulina is delicious yes! Oh, you are still controlled by these big industries who are trying to convince us that fruit is unhealthy, only to keep us sick, so they can sell their drugs and dairy products! Do not buy into that shit! Fruit is the healthiest food on earth, we are frugivore - period end of the story.
