Never start with, it’s the people. Literally everyone says their customer service is “different” if you’re first reason on why you’re better (expensive) is because of the people, you’re devaluing the product.

We appreciate your feedback! We know it sounds cliche to say "it's the people," but when building a custom vehicle that has endless details that matter, but will never be seen, you definitely want the right people working on those details. Our industry is overrun with companies who cut corners and don't stand behind their work because they are not high character people. Our end product is a better value because we don't cut corners, and because we stand behind it.

It's because an old cook shack like this or an old cooked trailer always takes their time when they cook. A lot of other people don't slow cook their meats or after they've cooked it they don't let it simmer and soak in the juices.. you need to make things like this a couple of hours in advance and give them time to soak up the flavor. Also a lot of people just add meat to their mixes and they don't add the veggies that should be in there like a little bit of chopped pepper or a little bit of onion sauteed with the meat and seasonings. A lot of times if I see an old black man running a smoker or if I see an old white couple running a cook trailer I'll stop and grab something from them because they're the ones that know how to cook the best.

Yes, prepping what you can ahead of time in order to get it right can be a crucial piece! No matter what someone's background is, they could always learn some things from those who have been doing it for a long time!

Hypothetically speaking, what would happen if a trailer is built but it is accidentally built overweight for the axles provided? Do I contact the builder as they should have known or is it my fault that I didn’t catch it sooner? And what would you deem a timely resolution? I loved hearing your comments about timely solutions for warranty if something were to happen. Thanks!

@richqualls5157 - it makes such a big difference! And some municipalities require a food truck to be only a short distance from a bathroom, so this solves that problem as well.

The workflow in this trailer seems off, the pizza station should not have the service window in between it and the oven, you should be able to get a pizza in the oven from the prep station without moving

That's a great observation! For this trailer, the prep table was not for the pizzas, it supported other items on the menu that were being cooked on the cook line. The customer added their own countertop prep rail next to the pizza oven that kept their toppings cool.
