Nothing but admiration for the fortitude of the Aussies in ALL the wars. My father served with the Aussies in another hell called New Guinea. They were excellent with no quit in their vocabulary. He deployed to Camp Cable with his unit to acclimate, although it was minimal preparation for New Guinea. The day he died he still had remnants of Jungle Rot on his leg, and praise for the Aussies.

Great video! Poor Phil. Maybe they are having a jam together up there somewhere. The Marianne Faithfull very is good too if you have not checked it out! She sounds all sad and drugged out and its perfect. Melanie's might be better. They original Phil version is kinda fast and happily sarcastic which works for him on his "Greatest Hits" (not...lol) album. Bless him. Hope he is not rolling in his grave right now. Miss his voice but glad he can't see the times we are in.
