This is such a weirdly personal clip of someone's internal mental state that i don't think anyone but the viewers that day deserved to see it. Its like having someone film you at your worst, I personally wouldn't want my mental anguish regardless of its origin plastered on YT as a clip. Especially as a monetizable video, its as nasty as paparazzi shit. There is a difference between Kanye being unhinged and releasing a video or his crew releasing a video on his behalf and a streamer having some issues on stream doing their job and then a fan channel reuploading it with edits. Idk its not clear by the editor of this channel whether they even give Fuslie a headsup on the upload, so at some level as a viewer all I can glean is that this video may be uploaded against her wishes. On top of the in all caps mental breakdown, spending so much time just on her moment really diminishes the counter that this was a video primarily about the cute moment where friends supported her in need. So just to clarify, this is weird, it should make you feel weird to watch and we should be cognizant of the ethics of what we consume, regardless of the fact that there is no ethical consumption under our system, does not negate we can still try to be better humans.

If you're so worried about monetisation you really wouldn't be commenting a whole essay because that only helps the logistics of the video being recommended. Tho I agree I don't like what this video perpetuates. Also part of me thinks that they uploaded this in hopes of being featured in Reddit, in particular to LSF.

Yeah I strongly agree. Like positivity is great and all but doing it too much can be very overwhelmed to the person you're trying to comfort. I think it's better off to leave them alone for the time being to let them recollect and calm themselves first especially after they got a breakdown and said to just tell the truth instead of overly complimenting and justifying them. If you do otherwise they'll feel absolutely more terrible to themselves and possibly dislike you cuz to them, you're pitying and brushing off their real feelings. I've been in that position before and it's absolutely terrible. Though it's a relief that Leslie and her friends got along very well after this.
