Dear OM, your video is wrong; the format is not Year, Month, Date - it's Year, Month, DAY. Please rectify. I have also done as you said, and, just like the user below, I still get a message saying "incorrect password." Your WhatsApp option also does not work, because you ask me to enter my ID number, and then I get a message back saying that I don't have a contract with you, while I've had one for years. Very inconvenient.

Hi there, old rules will apply to your retirement savings accumulated as of 1 September. You will still have access to some of your accumulated retirement funds (which will be in your vested pot) when you leave-one third of your investment which can be taken as cash. You can also access what is in your Savings Pot if you leave after September 2024.

Worst service ever ever ever to claim a funeral policy with old mutual. They make the trauma of losing a loved one even more traumatic. 14 months later and they still won't pay out. There excuses are pathetic. I would NOT recommend a funeral plan by old mutual. You think they are a reputable company!!!! Wait until a loved one has to claim . Feels like they want to force me to just give up

Hi there, you can obtain proof of payment from the Old Mutual Banking App by following these steps: 1. Login using your credentials 2. Select “Pay” on the home screen 3. Select “Payment History” All payments done in the last month (EFT & Quickpay) will be listed. Select the payment you need proof of payment for. On the top-right corner will be an arrow, tap on it. Then you can download the proof of payment.
