I get the same thing so after I wash my face or before I put makeup on, I use an ice cube and slowly rub it on my face and around my eyes until it melts. Then I will use a soothing toner and moisturize. This not only helps with the redness but it also really helps if you are swollen and puffy! (It also feels really good too)
