Nice tutorial. 👍🏻 I see you did JBL 2 or 3 way speaker upgrade. I put in JBL 2 ways along with an active JBL subwoofer in bottom. It sounds pretty full range HIFI now. Always scares the crap out of me when powering up system because the Subwoofer belts out a single W00F when becoming active... lmao!

I have the glass screen replacement upgrade for iircade but haven't installed it yet. From what you could tell NIX, is it possible once the screen is off to replace the plexiglass with the Glass upgrade from the back, or should I follow the standard process of taking off the deck and following the traditional process for swapping the origijal plexiglass for the glass

@@NixReviews ah ok. Was hoping I could skip a step or two. Thanks and congrats on your upgrade!

Glass gets replaced from front to confirm. Just 2 fasteners for control panel at sides for Gold Edition. Quick and easy to swap. Note that it's not the tough and safer tempered glass as was described by iiRcade. Be careful with it as it's just regular glass.

Could also find a used 1280x1024 monitor and de-case it as well, like the Dell P1917S, that has an IPS panel same thing and may save some money. However, understand other people may be more comfortable getting a new screen vs a used screen.
@dafe12 ай бұрын
Only problem with this method is that some of those Dell Monitors have LG LCDs in them which don't work in iiRcade so it's a gamble (image draws, backlights don't turn on). I purchased 2 used Dell screen monitors to decade and they both had LG LCDs 😢. They're spectator monitors now. From what I can guess with comparing specs between all 3 screen models, the LG backlight requires more voltage than the iiRcade puts out of motherboard. I ended up purchasing a brand new BOE boe mv190e0m-n10 LCD a year or so ago for this upgrade before this offering was available retail. The model Buy Stuff sells seems to be very close boe ev190e0m-n10.

I was also in a Saturday morning bowling league as a kid. I would also play some arcades when I was there. My parents bowled during the week and of course I would play arcades then also! Back in the early 80’s, there was a coke machine that had a lcd game built into the machine. Everytime you bought a pop, you could play the game. It was kinda like a game and watch game. I was the guy buying all of my family’s Coke! I think the actual game was called “Catch a Coke”

Hey man, love playing this table but I always struggle to get the ball down the Burke ramp, any advice?
@NixReviews4 ай бұрын
Best way is to shoot the Burke ramp from a "cradled" ball. Stop the ball on the left flipper and hit the ball off bear the endnof the flipper to get the Burke ramp easier.
