Great Meditation but too many adds in between, which is really disturbing. They should have been at the beginning and not in the middle of a deep meditation.

I really really getting into your meditation and loved it then another commercial came on very weird then I relaxed again after the commercial got real deep in my meditation and then a commercial came on again wow

I narrowly survived a house fire in the middle of the night a couple months ago and haven't been able to get a good sleep since. I was able to sleep through the night last night. Thank you
